With the accelerated pace of life,convenient transportation has brought strong vitality to the Chinese economy.With a series of technical advantages such as high speed,large transportation capacity,low energy consumption and light pollution,highspeed railways stand out in the environment of rapid economic development and become an important guarantee for economic development.In the era of intelligence,the normal operation of high-speed railways requires the use of various network monitoring equipment to monitor the communication network in real time to ensure stable transmission of operating data.Therefore,fault diagnosis and routine maintenance of key equipment for high-speed rail communication monitoring play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of high-speed rail and remote monitoring.In recent years,there has been little research on key high-speed railway communication monitoring equipment,and traditional fault diagnosis and maintenance methods cannot highlight the characteristics and differences of key high-speed railway communication monitoring equipment.The efficiency and effectiveness of equipment maintenance need to be improved.This article summarizes the most frequently occurring and possible failures in the daily operation of the equipment into a failure statistical table,and analyzes the potential failure modes in the table.Construct a fault tree model based on the potential failure modes obtained by analysis and statistics,calculate the importance of equipment and the number of risk priority,and improve the maintenance method based on this data,and explain the improvement effect.First,sort out the failure statistical analysis table.This article starts from the realization of the function of the key equipment of high-speed railway communication monitoring,collects and organizes the most frequently occurring and possible failure data in daily operation,and summarizes the failures based on the statistics of components,potential failure modes,potential failure causes analysis and maintenance measures.Statistical analysis table.Secondly,perform a failure effect mode analysis(FMEA)on the failure mode and construct a fault tree(FTA).This paper selects the use phase failure mode influence analysis method(FMEA)to analyze the potential failure modes in the failure statistical analysis table based on the failure symptoms,detection methods,cause analysis and maintenance measures and summarize them into an FMEA table.Using the fault tree method,the potential failure modes obtained from the above analysis are drawn into a fault tree model,and the importance value of each equipment is calculated according to the probability of the minimum fault tree bottom event.Finally,calculate the importance and risk priority number(RPN).According to the maintenance mode characteristics,the equipment with the highest calculated importance value is calculated for the risk priority number.Improve the existing maintenance model based on the calculation results and explain the improved effect.
