With the developments of high-speed railway in China,the new systems and technologies of railway signal have been more and more put into use.The railway switch transaction devices,represented by ZYJ7 hydraulic switch,is becoming more and more widespread.The switches and its conversion devices work in relatively bad environment,not only in windy and rainy,but also in icy and snowy.The switch transaction devices also suffer from the impact of the wheelsets of high-speed trains.It is well known that the failure of turnout switching equipment presents an upward trend.It usually takes much time to judge the fault point to recover.It is easy to cause great interference to the normal running of the high-speed railway.Therefore,it is very important to deal with and prevent the fault.This paper first introduces the development of railway switch equipment and expounds the structure and principle of mechanical,electrical and oil circuit of switch transaction system.Then the knowledge of Fault Tree Analysis is elaborated including the method of building Fault Tree,matters needing attention,and the minimum cut set and the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are studied emphatically.Combined with the fault statistics from November 2012 to June 2016 of the Jingguang high-speed railway in the section tube,the downlink method is used to construct the Fault Tree of the high speed railway turnout.The top event,the bottom event and the minimum cut set are concluded.The importance of the minimum cut set is obtained by the quantitative and qualitative analysis.Finally,it is aimed at the smallest of the minimum cut set.The cut set includes the nature of the bottom events,respectively formulates the coping strategy,eliminates or reduces the influence of the minimum cut set to the top event.The measures mainly introduced is the view of using the curve of railway signal centralized monitoring to deal with the turnout fault and to reduce the equipment delay,finding the hidden trouble to overcome,and improving the application quality of the high-speed railway signal equipment.
