In recent years,the state’s support for the development of the new energy industry is unquestionable.With the arrival of policy dividends,all electric vehicle charging facilities companies have enjoyed state benefits.In addition to policies,the market also plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the development of charging infrastructure.The increase in the number of new energy vehicles has brought more charging demand and stimulated the construction of supporting charging infrastructure.Driven by both policies and the market,charging piles have developed rapidly.Although from the data released by relevant agencies,the number of new energy vehicles in my country has been increasing,the demand for charging has continued to increase,and the number of charging piles has reached a new high.For the charging pile industry,profitability difficulties are a lingering spell.Tianjin State Grid’s charging pile operation and maintenance faces such a dilemma.In this context,it is particularly important to study how to optimize the operation and maintenance methods of electric vehicle charging facilities enterprises in combination with the actual operation and maintenance status,so as to reduce costs and increase efficiency to make enterprises profitable.This article takes the Tianjin State Grid City fast and high-speed charging station as the research object,combines the existing operation and maintenance methods and existing problems of Tianjin State Grid’s charging facilities and the status of the repair work orders for the Tianjin State Grid City’s fast and high-speed charging facilities in2019.From the perspective of enterprise operation and maintenance costs,the enterprise can make profits.It adopts various methods such as literature research and field investigation,and comprehensively considers the number of piles,charging times,charging capacity,charging station types,single pile charging capacity,single For factors such as the number of pile charging,existing patrol inspection and overhaul mode,select Binhai New Area State Grid City Express high-speed charging station as a typical model,and implement a three-level classification of existing charging stations using cluster analysis.The effectiveness of the three-level classification operation and maintenance management of charging stations was verified based on the total number of repair work orders in Binhai New Area in 2019,so that charging facilities operation and maintenance companies can truly reduce costs and increase efficiency.
