With the rapid development of our country's economy,the continuous expansion of the scale of power grids and the leap-forward growth of power supply capacity have provided a strong guarantee for economic development,urban and rural construction,and residents' lives.In recent years,the 10 k V distribution network has developed rapidly.The most intuitive effect is the increase in the average household capacity and the improvement of voltage quality.With the continuous expansion of investment in the 10 k V distribution network,grid companies must solve the problem through investment The need for the safe operation of the power grid can also promote the development of the company,so investment decision-making is extremely important.Studying the investment decision-making of the 10 k V distribution network is of great significance to the benefit of power enterprises,the improvement of people's power consumption experience,and the safe operation of the power grid.Analyze the relevant knowledge of the current power grid company's 10 k V power grid project investment decision.Using relevant theoretical knowledge,combined with the actual status of the 10 k V power grid construction project in Jizhou District,Tianjin,this paper analyzes the investment theory of power companies 10 k V distribution network projects.Establish evaluation indicators for the feasibility study stage of the 10 k V power grid project,and analyze the risk prevention and project evaluation of power grid enterprise project investment management by using methods such as analytic hierarchy process,Delphi method,and power grid project risk decision analysis.using the analytic hierarchy process,the three construction options of the Mengjialou Substation 10 k V new outgoing line project were analyzed and the final result showed that the decision result is the first choice for the final stage The plan,followed by the conservative plan,is again the simplest plan.Finally,using a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to analyze its investment risk,concluded that the risk of the power engineering project is moderate risk,and suggestions to reduce the risk are put forward.
