Study On Investment Decision Evaluation Of Reconstruction Project Widened The Gulf Of Jiaozhou Expressway

The construction of the highways is of great benefit to the country and people’s life, thisgives investors and bring certain economic benefits. Therefore, highway construction projectsin the project need to seek truth from facts for objective evaluation, especially in theinvestment estimation and economic evaluation of the project. Economic evaluation ofhighway construction project is an important part of the feasibility study of highwayconstruction project. Economic evaluation is based on the development of the strategic planfor the development of national economy and industry, region and relevant economic andtechnical policies, based on traffic prediction and engineering technology, economic feasibilityof highway project and rational analysis, provide the basis for project investment decision.This thesis introduces the basic situation of Jiao Zhou Bay Highway Project, to theeconomy of Jiao Zhou Bay Highway Project Evaluation of basic theories are summarized, andto determine the design scheme and the fund raising and use plan and then to Jiao Zhou Bayexpressway widening project investment estimation; at the same time it puts forwardimprovement project financial evaluation index system and the national economy evaluationindex system of the highway widening, Through calculation and analysis of project economicnet present value, dynamic investment recovery period and internal rate of return to verify thefeasibility of the project. According to the three uncertainty factors: engineering constructioninvestment, time saving benefits and the land value-added income, the sensitivity analysis iscarried out. After the Jiaozhou Bay expressway widening project is completed, it will reducenew traffic driving distance, saving travel time and traffic accidents decrease quantify formoney saving, and considering the value of the land, so as to quantitatively analyze thenational economic benefits of the project. The results show that: Jiao Zhou Bay expresswaywidening project is economically reasonable, significant social benefits.
