Gearboxes are commonly used as reduction gears in mechanical equipment.They are widely used in aerospace,metallurgy,military,and other fields.Due to their complex structure,high assembly accuracy requirements,and harsh working conditions,the gearbox has become the component with the highest failure rate in transmission equipment.Once the gear box fails,it will bring economic losses to the entire production process,so ensuring the normal operation of the gear box can largely guarantee the production capacity.The vibration signal of the gear box can fully express its operating state,so it is of great significance to monitor and analyze the vibration signal of the gear box.This paper proposes a demand analysis of the working process of the remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system of the gearbox vibration signal,and aims at the functions of vibration signal acquisition,remote monitoring and fault diagnosis of the gearbox.A gearbox vibration signal data acquisition terminal is designed to complete the signal acquisition and conversion,and upload the vibration data to the host computer according to the established communication protocol.The host computer receives,verifies,and analyzes the vibration data,and displays and analyzes the transmitted data(mainly including FFT analysis,envelope spectrum analysis,and Hilbert-Huang transform,etc.).The analysis of the characteristic parameters is normalized,and then used as the input parameters of the neural network to complete the fault diagnosis function through the BP neural network model.At the same time,the characteristic parameters obtained from the analysis and the results of fault diagnosis are stored in the database.The prepared upper computer software is deployed on the cloud server,and it is integrated with the user and equipment information management functions through the Web end to complete the remote monitoring and fault diagnosis functions of the gearbox.Finally,the terminal's acquisition and communication functions were debugged in the laboratory.The user and equipment management functions,signal analysis and fault diagnosis functions of the remote monitoring system were tested,and it was confirmed that the entire system generally met the design requirements.
