With the development of intelligent equipment industry,aerospace and other industrial fields,the market demand of harmonic reducer is increasing day by day.The performance of the existing harmonic reducer can not meet the needs of related fields,miniaturization,high bearing capacity and long life span are the inevitable trend of the development of harmonic reducer.The fatigue life of flexible is the key to restrict the load-carrying capacity of this kind of harmonic reducer.Therefore,this article studies the stress distribution of flexible with short length diameter ratio and the influence of the structural parameters of short cup flexible on the fatigue life.Firstly,the article designs the structural parameters of the flexible according to the conventional design formula,and finds the dangerous section of the flexible through the fatigue test.Based on the basic theory of material mechanics,the relationship between the initial deformation force of flexible wheel and the stress of dangerous section and the basic parameters of flexible wheel is derived.The stress distribution of flexible,the influence of the length diameter ratio,wall thickness and other parameters on the stress of dangerous section of flexible are analyzed with the finite element software.Secondly,through the orthogonal test and optimization software i SIGHT,the optimization objective is to minimize the stress at two stress concentration positions at the bottom of the flexible,optimize the three structural parameters of the flexible wheel cup bottom,and make a comparative analysis of the stress conditions of the flexible wheel before and after the optimization,to verify the effectiveness of the optimization results.Finally,life simulation software is used to predict and compare the life of flexible wheels before and after optimization,to verify the effect of structural optimization on increasing the fatigue life of flexible wheels.A comprehensive performance test-bed and a torsional stiffness test-bed are designed and built,and the test results show that the optimized flexible wheel has reached the fatigue life and other performance indexes required by the design.
