| The bag making machine is an important production equipment in the bag making process of the flexible packaging production line.The bag making machine production process includes fixed length,positioning,heat sealing,slitting and other process links.This paper mainly studies the temperature control technology of the bag making machine’s heat sealing knife.Since the temperature change process of the heat sealing knife is a non-linear and large inertia process,and there are many factors affecting the temperature change,the temperature control effect of the traditional PID control algorithm is not ideal.Aiming at the problems of low temperature control accuracy and poor anti-interference ability in the temperature control of the heat sealing knife of the traditional bag making machine,this paper designs an Interval Type-2 Fuzzy PID(IT2F-PID)intelligent temperature controller The design of intelligent temperature control system for bag making machine is supported by the software platform and hardware equipment.Based on the current development status of the flexible packaging industry,this paper points out the significance of researching the intelligent temperature control system of bag making machines,and then analyzes the future development trend of temperature control system.Then introduce the bag making machine system composition and process flow,select the system hardware equipment,and introduce the controller’s main control chip selection,minimum system and temperature measurement circuit design in detail.Analyze the dynamic characteristics of the controlled object,establish a mathematical model,and design an IT2 FPID control algorithm based on the interval-type fuzzy control theory.Summarize the experts Establish fuzzy inference rules empirically,realize the dynamic adjustment of proportional,integral and differential parameters of traditional PID controllers,and simulate and compare the control effect of intelligent temperature control algorithm and traditional temperature control algorithm.Finally,the interval type 2 fuzzy with the best control effect is selected.PID control algorithm.In addition,the software implementation process of the intelligent temperature control system is introduced,including the implementation of the intelligent temperature controller software and the human-computer interaction interface design.Finally,a three-servo bag-making machine is used to test the whole machine to verify the performance of the intelligent temperature control system of the bag-making machine. |
