This project takes the most common product data and equipment data of the production enterprise as the research object,uses the data analysis method and industrial engineering optimization idea to design the workshop production data analysis and visualization system.The main research contents are as follows.First,analyzing the internal functional requirements from the current situation of J workshop,and designing the overall scheme of software system based on the functional requirements to lay the foundation for the design of visualization system in Chapter five.Then designing the production data analysis and visualization system architecture and functional modules.Two types of key technologies lay the foundation for the analysis of key technologies in Chapter three and Chapter four.Secondly,the product quality process control module and the product qualification rate prediction module are analyzed for data,and two key technologies for product data analysis are proposed.Analyzing the non-conforming products in the product quality inspection data,using the improved fishbone diagram quantitative analysis and find out the key factors affecting the product quality.BP neural network algorithm is used to analyze and forecast the daily qualified rate of a batch of products.The feasibility of the prediction method is verified by an example.Thirdly,data analysis is performed on the equipment comprehensive efficiency module and equipment failure rate prediction module,and two key technologies for equipment data analysis are proposed.The equipment comprehensive efficiency analysis method is used to model and analyze the equipment operation data,and the waterfall chart method is used to quantitatively analyze the key influencing factors of the equipment comprehensive efficiency.The minimum model of equipment maintenance cost is constructed by using the theory of service age regression factor,and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model optimized solution after dimensionality reduction.Finally,according to the overall scheme of the design system,based on the analysis of product quality data and equipment operation data of the production workshop,the production data analysis and visualization system of the workshop is designed.
