In recent years,due to the development of economy and the improvement of people's living standards,the state has begun to pay attention to environmental problems,and the monitoring of environmental water quality urgently needs real-time monitoring means.In this context,the technology of real-time monitoring water quality by spectral analysis came into being.The core of this technology is to analyze water quality with optical fiber spectrometer.Therefore,it is of great significance to design the application spectrometer of water quality monitoring system.Based on the analysis of the basic principle of optical fiber spectrometer,through the analysis of the demand of water quality subject and the performance research of domestic and foreign products,the research scheme of this paper is determined.The research contents include the circuit design of hardware system,the design of sequential logic and simulation test and the analysis of signal-to-noise ratio.First of all,in the aspect of circuit design,aiming at the functional requirements,taking CCD detector as the core and FPGA as the controller,the component selection and circuit design of each part of the circuit system are carried out,and a kind of optical fiber spectrometer hardware circuit with spectrum data acquisition and transmission and xenon lamp control module is designed.Aiming at the problem of circuit design,the experiment analysis method is used to test and repair.The timing logic design is based on the result of circuit design.Using modular design mode,a kind of optical fiber spectrometer hardware system with CCD driver,CRC verification and USB communication is designed,and the program function is simulated and tested.Aiming at the problem of data integrity in program design,a kind of program design idea of waiting mode is put forward,and the superiority of the design idea is determined by experiment test.Finally,in the part of signal-to-noise ratio analysis,the signal-to-noise ratio of the prototype system is analyzed and calculated by using a kind of signal-to-noise ratio measurement method of optical fiber spectrometer,and the relevant factors affecting the signalto-noise ratio of the system are analyzed and explained by comparative experiments.In view of the noise sources that affect the SNR in the system,the theoretical analysis and some optimization measures are given.
