With the development of the economy,the state pays more and more attention to environmental protection,and the demand for water quality monitoring equipment is also increasing.The traditional chemical method has the problems of long measurement cycle,high cost and easy to cause secondary pollution.Under this background,the spectrometric water quality detection system came into being.The spectrometer is an important part of the water quality monitoring system of spectrometry,so it is of great significance to develop a spectrometer suitable for water quality monitoring.This article analyzes the development status of fiber optic spectrometers,designs the optical path and structure of fiber optic spectrometers according to the requirements of water quality monitoring projects and the structure of mainstream spectrometers at home and abroad,and theoretically analyzes some special structures according to the requirements of water quality projects.The design content includes component selection,optical path design and experiment,mechanical structure design,and prototype test and wavelength calibration.In the selection part,combined with the requirements of water quality testing,the selection of the structural scheme was completed,and the selection of each component was analyzed and determined.In the calculation of the initial structure,a method for calculating the initial structure is designed by combining the principles of astigmatism and coma aberration,and suitable initial parameters are analyzed.In the optical path design part,the simulation and error analysis of the optical path are completed,and the special structure suitable for water quality detection is analyzed theoretically.In the structural design part,the design and processing of the mechanical structure of the spectrometer are completed.The last part is the prototype debugging and wavelength calibration.First,complete the installation of the prototype and test it according to the design requirements,and then use the iron argon lamp to perform wavelength calibration on the spectrometer prototype.Finally,determine that the principle prototype of the design meets the basic functional requirements and achieves High spectral resolution.The entire instrument volume is less than 130 * 100 * 45 mm.
