At present,the aging of population in the world and China is a serious problem,the ordinary wheelchair only has the function of flat driving,which is very inconvenient when people need to go up and down stairs.Therefore,the need for stair climbing device is very urgent.But now the price of stair climbing wheelchairs are expensive,is not suitable for Chinese to use.In order to make it convenient for the elderly and the disabled in China to travel,after studying the existing products in the market,according to the current economic level and building conditions in China,an electric stair climbing wheelchair was designed and developed,which can realize the operation of two modes: flat driving and stair climbing.According to the design requirements and work adjustment of stair climbing wheelchair,the performance parameters and design indexes of stair climbing wheelchair were reasonably formulated.The mechanical structure of the stair climbing wheelchair was designed,including the design of crawler chassis,the design of wheel-caterpillar switching mechanism and the design of seat parts.On the basis of the mechanical structure of the electrical control system for component selection,design electrical control system schematic diagram and wiring diagram.The function of crawler motor was established.On the basis of the analysis of the center of gravity,the lateral stability of the wheelchair and the stability of climbing stairs were analyzed,and the stability of the wheelchair with interference force was analyzed to obtain the maximum interference force.The dynamic analysis of the wheel-caterpillar switching mechanism was carried out,and the size of the wheel-caterpillar switching mechanism was optimized with the minimum driving torque of the total stroke as the objective.The dynamic simulation of the optimized rear-wheel shoe switching mechanism was carried out by using ADAMS,verified that the optimized rear-wheel shoe switch mechanism meets the design requirements.The strength of key parts of wheel-shoe switch mechanism is checked and finite element analysis is carried out using ANSYS.Finally,the prototype of the wheelchair was manufactured,and the wheel-caterpillar switching experiment and stair climbing experiment were carried out with the prototype,the shape size and movement speed of the prototype of the wheelchair were measured,which proved the correctness of the previous design and theoretical research. |
