As a new type of cross-border trade channel development project in the process of the " The Belt and Road " initiative,Zhengzhou-Europe International Block train has formed an international logistics network covering Europe,Central Asia,Russia and Asia Pacific after several years of development.It can be called "seven big stations,six major ports" simply.It has the widest scope and the largest number of partners,and has gradually built a multimodal transport logistics network hub in the world.As of 2020,the operating capacity and cargo carrying capacity of Zhengzhou-Europe International Block train have reached a record high,with 1126 trains and a total cargo capacity of 720000 tons.However,through the analysis of the operation indicators since the operation of Zhengzhou-Europe International Block train,we can see that the growth rate in recent years has begun to slow down,which is affected by a variety of factors,the most prominent of which should be technical factors.Since its operation,Zhengzhou-Europe International Block train has always insisted on R &D and constantly used a variety of digital information technologies,maintaining the development advantage of "digital train" in domestic and foreign operating enterprises.However,the role of technological innovation has a marginal decline.Once the critical point is reached,it may restrict the development process of Zhengzhou-Europe International Block train,so it is necessary to carry out technological innovation.New technology will change the relationship between various production factors in the past,and its development and application need the incentive and coordination of new management mode,namely business model innovation.This paper takes the reduction of the growth rate of Zhengzhou-Europe International Block train as the research background,starting from the business model innovation and technological innovation,and take the two theories of composite system and Synergetics as the research basis.Through the establishment of the composite system model of business model innovation and technological innovation,this paper establishes the evaluation index system of synergy degree,and studies and measures the synergy degree of the two In order to provide theoretical basis and decision-making guidance for the future sustainable growth of Zhengzhou-Europe International Block train,the paper finds out the deep-seated factors that affect the growth rate of Zhengzhou-Europe International Block train,and reveals the influence mechanism of its operation and development.In order to test the validity and rationality of the viewpoints put forward in this paper,the paper focuses on the innovation development of Zhengzhou-Europe International Block train’s continuous expansion.Firstly,the paper integrates the previous scholars’ research and puts forward the cooperation between business model innovation and technological innovation as the research direction of this paper.Secondly,the evaluation index system is established from the operational level,strategic level,scale level,input-output level,leading level and information level.Then,the grey correlation analysis method and entropy method are used to screen and determine the weight of the indicators.Then,taking collaborative innovation as the starting point of this paper,the paper establishes the collaborative degree model of composite system by using indicators to measure the order and comprehensive coordination degree of each subsystem of business model innovation and technology innovation of Zhengzhou-Europe International Block train from 2015 to 2020.Finally,the following test results are obtained: first,the system order of the innovation of business model and technology innovation of Zhengzhou-Europe International Block train has been increasing year by year;the second is that there is a certain fluctuation in the growth of business model innovation and technological innovation of Zhengzhou-Europe International Block train,and the degree of coordination also shows some coupling,but the level of coupling is slightly low.Therefore,through the analysis of the research results,the paper concludes that: firstly,the results of this paper have increased the views on the innovation of cross-border business model of Zhengzhou-Europe International Block train to some extent,which is conducive to further research by the following scholars;secondly,the logic between the innovation of business model and technological innovation of Zhengzhou-Europe International Block train is sorted out,and the existence of collaborative innovation is clarified through empirical analysis Finally,the research of this paper points out the direction for the growth rate of Zhengzhou Europe train and promotes the sustainable development of the train.The order degree of business model innovation subsystem and technology innovation subsystem of Zhengzhou-Europe International Block train is increasing year by year,but the coordination degree of its composite system is maintained at a low level,which shows a low degree of coordination.This result is consistent with the development status of business model innovation and technology innovation of Zhengzhou-Europe International Block train,and the research shows that the model is feasible It can also be seen that the main reason for the lack of synergy between business model innovation and technological innovation of Zhengzhou-Europe International Block train lies in the disharmony of each order parameter in the two subsystems,which affects the growth rate of Zhengzhou-Europe International Block train to a certain extent.Zhengzhou-Europe International Block train should gradually improve the two subsystems,establish an integrated digital information network platform led by the government,and cooperate with industry associations,local governments,Zhengzhou-Europe International Block train operators and other parties to build a new industrial operation mode of continuous innovation.However,due to the limitation of the selection of the measurement index and the uncertainty of the data source of the selected index,the research in this paper has some shortcomings.Therefore,in the future research,scholars can continue to explore the synergy between business model innovation and technological innovation of Zhengzhou-Europe International Block train,seek more representative measurement indicators,further improve the selection of indicators and data collection,and improve the credibility of the research results.
