Research On The Response Relationship Between Expressway Accessibility And Regional Economic Development In Yunnan Province

The relationship between transportation and economic development has always been a hot topic in transportation geography.In recent years,China’s expressways have entered a stage of rapid expansion,which has affected and changed the regional spatial structure.As the geographical center of Asia,Yunnan Province has been attached great importance to highway network planning and economic development under the development strategy of Western Development and One Belt And One Road.Based on the unit at the county level in yunnan province as the research object,based on the highway transportation network data,using the network analysis function of Arc GIS software to calculate the shortest time interval distance two county,using the weighted average travel time model,gravity model,the potential model,"time and space close to" the spatial autocorrelation and spatial lag model of technology and method,analyzed2000-2018 the accessibility of the highway construction on the contact strength of county economy in yunnan province,the influence of potential location advantage and the measure of accessibility and economic development relationship.The following conclusions were drawn:With the improvement of the expressway network,the time convergence effect is weakened,and the accessibility level of each county has been improved to varying degrees,with traffic directivity.The spatial pattern of accessibility showed a "coreperiphery" layer structure with the central Yunnan region as the core gradually decreasing outward.The core area gradually expanded,and the accessibility of the southeast and southern marginal areas changed obviously.The accessibility of the eastern region was better than that of the western region.In the same period of time,the area covered by expressways extends farther out than the area without expressways.On the whole,the intensity of inter-county economic connection and the total amount of inter-county foreign economic connection showed an increasing trend,and the intensity of eastern economic connection was better than that of western economic connection.The intensity of economic connection between Kunming urban area and Anning county is the most prominent,most areas are located in the fifth economic connection intensity axis,and the fourth economic connection axis is gradually increasing along the main highway.Kunming,as the provincial capital,has the highest total amount of economic relations in the urban area.It has great advantages in transportation,economy and population.It is the economic growth pole of the whole province and plays a role in radiating and driving the surrounding areas.The change of accessibility leads to the change of the regional advantage potential at the county level.The regional advantage potential of each county is enhanced,and the high-value areas of the regional advantage potential are gradually concentrated around the urban area of Kunming,forming an irregular "core-edge" spatial structure with Kunming urban area as the core and gradually decreasing outward.The regional potential of the regions along the newly opened expressways has been improved,among which the southeast has a great change in the ranking of regional potential,while the western marginal regions are still in the low value area with a small change in the ranking.Highway construction perfect expanding gap between the center and the edge area of accessibility,breaking through any limits from original space adjacent prompted area to enhance the economic cohesion of some counties in yunnan province,the county economy clustering distribution changes,high-high clustering and low-high clustering significantly increased,1h circle economic aggregation effect obviously strengthened.Furthermore,the multivariate analysis model including accessibility and spatial lag model is used to measure the relationship between accessibility and economic development under different time cut-off sets.Accessibility change extend space correlation dimension from 1.5h to 2h,2h after traffic improvement of spatial correlation of counties,the distance from the economic developed areas 2 h within the scope of the radiating and driving play to other areas,improved accessibility to speed up to promote the overall economic development in yunnan province,the effect of the progress of the sustainable development of county economy in yunnan province has a positive role.
