Refrigeration technology is developing rapidly in today's society and has a wide range of uses.Heat exchanger is a very important equipment in refrigeration technology.At present,many chemical and new materials are faced with the process of heating or cooling the highly corrosive working medium to a specific temperature.Based on the practical application,this paper analyzes the heat transfer of cooling tank and tube heat exchanger,two kinds of equipment which can be used for heat exchange of highly corrosive fluids.Discrete method and analytical method were used to calculate and analyze the effects of cooling time and different parameters.Finally,the cooling tank and tube heat exchanger were analyzed and compared from the aspects of flow resistance and exergic analysis,and the optimization method was put forward.First of all,according to the actual use needs,Ref Prop and other software and the relevant refrigeration industry standard manual were used to summarize the physical and chemical properties and thermal properties of hydrofluoric acid liquid,calcium chloride solution,sodium chloride solution,ethylene glycol solution and propylene glycol solution.Then,the heat transfer in the cooling tank is analyzed.According to the heat transfer analysis,the cooling time is solved by using discrete method and analytical method.The calculation results show that the difference between the analytical method and the discrete method in the calculation of cooling time is 6% at most,and it can be used as a simple algorithm instead of the discrete method in practical application.The results show that the maximum difference between the analytical method and the discrete method in the calculation of the heat transfer time of the tubular heat exchanger is 3%,and it can be used as an alternative calculation method for the discrete method in practical application.Finally,the flow resistance and exergic loss in the two kinds of heat exchange equipment were analyzed and solved,and the optimization method was proposed by analyzing the performance of the two kinds of heat exchange equipment.The calculation results show that the flow loss and exergic loss in the cooling tank are smaller than those in the tubular heat exchanger,but the heat transfer efficiency of the tubular heat exchanger is higher.In order to optimize the performance of heat exchange equipments,the temperature difference and exergic loss of heat exchange should be minimized within the heat exchange time required by the process.
