For vehicle permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),due to long-time operation in complex environment,it is easy to cause a series of fault phenomena,such as inter turn short circuit.If the motor fails in the early stage but is not detected in time,it is easy to cause motor damage,even lead to electric vehicle out of control,endanger the personal safety of drivers.At present,most of the detection methods for inter turn short circuit fault of vehicle motor are to use professional equipment and instruments to detect the relevant fault after the electric vehicle is in a static state,so as to determine whether the motor has inter turn short circuit fault.Although this method can effectively diagnose and detect the motor fault,when the electric vehicle is running,the driver can not know the health of the motor,which is a potential danger for a driver.In order to effectively detect the inter turn short circuit fault of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),based on the PMSM simulation model of vector double closed-loop control,the simulation experiments of PMSM under open-loop and closed-loop control are carried out respectively,and the fault phenomenon of PMSM under closed-loop control is observed.The simulation results of PMSM under open-loop and closed-loop control are compared,From the point of view of transfer function,this paper theoretically deduces how the closed-loop control can suppress the fault phenomenon of the motor,so as to realize the on-line detection of the motor,so that the driver can monitor the health of the motor in real time during driving.Firstly,this paper explains the importance of research and Analysis on inter turn short circuit fault of permanent magnet synchronous motor.Then,a mathematical model of PMSM with inter turn short circuit fault is established.The model can simulate the normal operation and the operation with inter turn short circuit fault at the same time,and the fault degree can be input from the outside.In this process,the emphasis is on the calculation of stator winding resistance and inductance parameters.According to the derived mathematical model,a PMSM simulation model with inter turn short circuit fault and vector control method with id = 0 is built on the MATLAB/ Simulink simulation platform.Then,according to the motor in open-loop control and closed-loop control,the corresponding transfer function is derived,the transfer function is analyzed from the frequency domain,and the motor fault phenomenon is compared.Finally,using the simulation model,the simulation experiments of the motor in open-loop and closed-loop conditions are carried out,and the frequency domain analysis of speed and fault phase current is carried out by using fast Fourier transform(FFT)and Kalman order tracking algorithm vkf-ot respectively.Through the simulation of the PMSM model with inter turn short circuit fault,the simulation results are basically consistent with the theoretical analysis.
