| With the development of my country’s economy and society,building industrialization has gradually become an important development direction of residential buildings in my country.Steel structure has been used more and more widely because of its advantages of light weight,high strength and short construction period.The selection of wall matching with steel structure has also become the key to its promotion and application.In response to the national call for energy conservation and emission reduction,a new type of high-strength silicate wallboard came into being.These wall panels have the advantages of light weight,high strength,convenient construction,sound insulation and heat preservation,and are ideal green and environmentally friendly building materials.A large number of studies at home and abroad have found that the wall and steel frame structure can increase the lateral stiffness of the structure under a certain connection mode,through theory,experiment and finite element analysis,the following researches are carried out on the steel frame structure using the new high-strength silicate wallboard:(1)Combining the hollow characteristics of the new high-strength silicate wallboard and referring to relevant specifications,the selection method of the standard test block of the wallboard is given,and the compressive strength,elastic modulus and berth of the new high-strength silicate wallboard are determined.Basic mechanical performance indicators such as pine ratio.(2)The horizontal low-cycle reciprocating load test of the new-type high-strength silicate wall panel fabricated steel frame structure was carried out,and the mechanical characteristics and failure characteristics of the structure were systematically studied,from the hysteresis of the structure under low-cycle reciprocating load.The curve,skeleton curve,ductility coefficient and other aspects are analyzed,revealing the seismic performance and cooperative working mechanism of the new high-strength silicate wall panel and steel frame structure under earthquake action.(3)Using ABAQUS finite element software,the pure steel frame structure and the steel frame structure system embedded with silicate wall panels are numerically analyzed.The stress-strain cloud diagram,structural deformation,hysteresis curve and hysteresis curve of the finite element analysis results are carried out.The skeleton curve was discussed and compared with the test results to verify the feasibility of the finite element analysis method,and the wall-frame structure was parametrically analyzed to study the influence of steel strength and wall strength on the seismic performance of the structure. |
