The output of renewable energy has the characteristics of randomness and intermittence,which has a certain degree of adverse impact on the safe and stable operation of large power grid.With the wide application of renewable energy in microgrid,it is of great significance to study effective energy management optimization technology for microgrid power supply reliability and economy.This paper first analyzes the development status of microgrid,discusses and summarizes the research progress of microgrid energy optimization management technology,the improvement status and application status of cuckoo algorithm and particle swarm optimization algorithm,and summarizes the research significance of this paper combined with the actual background.This paper introduces the grid connected objective function of microgrid,the comprehensive benefit objective function considering the sum of economic operation cost and pollutant output cost of microgrid,and relevant constraints.Combined with the dispatching strategy based on peak and valley electricity price,the core idea of dispatching strategy is to sell electricity to large power grid in peak period to obtain benefits,and purchase electricity from large power grid in peak period.Secondly,the basic principle and algorithm flow of particle swarm optimization and cuckoo algorithm are introduced respectively,and the advantages and disadvantages of the two algorithms are analyzed and summarized.In order to improve the accuracy of the algorithm,a hybrid improved algorithm based on particle swarm optimization(PSO)and cuckoo is proposed by combining the above two algorithms.PSO and cuckoo are searched in parallel,and the high-quality solution is taken to update the speed and position.This paper introduces five commonly used test functions,and uses hybrid improved algorithm,particle swarm optimization algorithm and cuckoo algorithm to solve and compare the results,which verifies the effectiveness of the improved algorithm.Finally,according to the proposed objective function,constraints,scheduling strategy model and hybrid improved algorithm,the improved algorithm is applied to the optimal operation of microgrid,and the economy of scheduling results with scheduling strategy and without scheduling strategy is compared.At the same time,the scheduling results,operation cost and state of charge are discussed and analyzed.
