| As for the internet of vehicles(heterogeneous internet of vehicles)technology in heterogeneous networks,a large number of domestic and foreign scholars have conducted a lot of research on mobility management and resource management.However,each of them has its own advantages and disadvantages.The algorithm can well ensure that the network access performance of Io V users is optimal.On this basis,this article separately researches the mobility management and resource management methods in the heterogeneous internet of vehicles,and strives to find a mobility management method that can ensure the optimal network access when the internet of vehicles user service quality is guaranteed a resource management method that takes into account the network benefits of both the main network users and the cognitive car network users.The specific work completed in this paper is as follows:(1)Aiming at the mobility management problem of heterogeneous Internet of Vehicles,a network selection and access algorithm based on CRITIC method is proposed.First,the AHP method is used to determine the subjective weight of user benefits.Then,the improved CRITIC method is used to determine the objective weight of network effects.Finally,sort through the TOPSIS method to determine the optimal network.Simulation experiments show that this method can reduce unnecessary network switching and improve switching efficiency while ensuring the correct switching to the optimal network.(2)Aiming at the resource management problem of heterogeneous Internet of Vehicles,a resource allocation algorithm for Internet of Vehicles based on channel state information is proposed.First,an improved crow algorithm is proposed,and the algorithm is combined with an improved closed-loop control power algorithm for resource management.This scheme guarantees the user’s communication service quality by setting the signal-to-interference-noise ratio threshold.After using the improved crow algorithm to allocate resources for users of Io V,the user’s transmission power is dynamically adjusted through the closedloop power control algorithm based on the channel state.Reduce interference.Simulation experiments show that the scheme can effectively suppress the interference between car networking users in heterogeneous network communication,and improve the utilization of frequency and spectrum resources and the throughput of the system. |
