Mortise and tenon joint connection is a main structural connection used in buildings in ancient China.It is subjected to force by the two parts of the concave and convex parts of the components.It has strong pullout resistance and high requirements for production technology,so its development is hindered.The light wood structure originated in modern times and has been vigorously developed due to its large-scale production and convenient construction.However,the connection between the wall column and the bottom beam plate of the light wood structure is prone to pullout failure.In order to improve the joint failure problem of light wood structure and give full play to the advantages of tenon-mortise joint pull-out,and promote the spread of tenon-mortise joints,this paper will select,design,test and apply the special tenon-mortise joints in ancient buildings,and obtain the tenon-mortise connection joints suitable for the joints prone to damage in light wood structures.In this paper,the test method is mainly used to analyze the mechanical properties of the selected joints,such as tensile strength,compressive strength,bending strength and shear strength.The reliability of the finite element simulation results is verified by the test results.Finally,the finite element simulation method is used to analyze the selection of tenon-mortise joints that meet the requirements to establish a light wood structure wall panel model.The results are as follows :1.Through the experimental study,it is found that the bending performance of the straight tenon is better than that of the swallowtail tenon when the bending area of the whole tenon is close,and the bending ultimate load of the straight tenon is about twice that of the swallowtail tenon joint,and whether the joint has bolt and glue has little effect on the bending performance.The ultimate compressive load of the four types of joints is close,and the displacement corresponding to the ultimate load is about twice that of the straight tenon;The factors affecting the tensile strength from strong to weak are bolt,swallowtail tenon,straight tenon and glue;The factors affecting the shear capacity from strong to weak are bolt,swallowtail tenon,straight tenon and glue.2.Through the finite element analysis,it is found that the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results.The local stress and strain of the model and the deformation morphology of the components can be analyzed by simulation.It is recommended to use this model in such studies.3.The wall panel models are established for different nodes,and the deformation law of tenon-mortise joints of the wall panel is analyzed by comparing the nail connection.
