| With the aggravation of energy shortage and environmental pollution,the rapid development of renewable energy has become an inevitable trend.Among them,wind energy and solar energy are becoming the preferred energy sources in China.However,wind energy and solar energy resources are random,intermittent and fluctuating,and the resource endowments are different in different regions.How to make effective use of the complementarity of solar energy and wind energy resources in geographical and resource characteristics,and reasonably build wind solar complementary power generation system,will be of great significance to smooth the system output,reduce the power system demand for peak shaving power,and improve the utilization rate of wind solar resources.Based on this,taking Jiangsu Province as an example,this paper studies the complementary characteristics and utilization of wind and solar resources from three aspects: space-time complementarity,optimal capacity allocation and joint optimal scheduling.The main contents are as follows:(1)Analysis of the complementary characteristics of landscape resources in time and space.Based on Frank copula function,the joint distribution model of landscape resources is constructed.Kendall correlation coefficient is used as the complementary characteristic evaluation index to analyze the spatial and temporal complementary characteristics of landscape resources.Based on the meteorological data of Micaps database,14 regions in Jiangsu Province were taken as the research object to evaluate the most complementary regions of Jiangsu Province.The complementary characteristics of landscape complementation were analyzed from the monthly,quarterly time and spatial scales.This provides reference for planning and approval of Jiangsu scenic projects.(2)This paper analyzes the optimal capacity ratio of wind power and photovoltaic power generation system in the areas with the best complementary wind and solar resources in Jiangsu Province.Taking the complementary rate as the evaluation index,the optimal installed capacity ratio of wind and solar power generation is analyzed,and the capacity ratio scheme with universal reference significance is obtained.Among them,the single factor enumeration method is used to fix the photovoltaic installed capacity and increase the installed capacity of the wind turbine continuously to obtain the optimal complementary capacity ratio range.The obtained capacity ratio has reference value in a certain area.At the same time,the capacity ratio of different seasons is studied.By fine-tuning the capacity of different seasons,the complementarity of wind and solar resources can be brought into full play.This provides a reasonable basis for the capacity assumption in the joint scheduling,and also provides a theoretical basis and reference value for the capacity matching of the actual wind solar space-time complementary project.(3)For the wind solar hybrid generation system,a joint optimal scheduling model is constructed.Taking the maximum complementary rate of combined generation,the minimum operation cost of standby thermal power and the minimum amount of abandoned wind and light as the objectives,and taking the optimal capacity ratio as the constraint,the joint optimal dispatching is carried out for the selected areas with good complementarity.The improved particle swarm optimization algorithm with weight inertia factor is used to solve the problem,and the joint scheduling scheme considering complementarity is obtained.The results show that considering the degree of wind solar complementarity is of great significance to the dispatching of combined generation system. |
