As an informatization power system, smart grid provides a variety of efficient power services and ensures the rational use of power.Power consumption statistics and billing are two important services in smart grid.By aggregating the power consumption of the specific areas, the control center can rationalize the distribution of power, and generate electric bills for each user. However,in the process of aggregation, users' power consumption data may be leaked, which can expose the daily habits of users and endanger the vital interests of users.Meanwhile, most of the existing data aggregation protocols cannot realize the calculation of electric bills,or only consider the fixed electricity price when calculating electric bills. In fact, electricity price often changes dynamically based on the objective factors. In addition, the existing data aggregation protocols have some problems, such as complex aggregation process, high computation cost, leakage of user identity, etc.,which affect the efficiency and security of the protocols. To solve the above problems, this paper proposes two kinds of secure data aggregation protocols as follows.(1)A secure data aggregation protocol based on chameleon hash functionAiming at the problem of power consumption data leakage in the process of data aggregation,a secure data aggregation protocol based on chameleon hash function is proposed in this paper. In the protocol,as the aggregator, the fog node processes and aggregates the users' encrypted data by creating collisions of the chameleon hash function,so as to ensure that the control center can decrypt the aggregated data while it is unable to obtain the power consumption of a single user.In addition, smart meters can upload the collected power consumption data according to the types of appliances,so that the control center can obtain fine-grained statistical results, which is convenient for subsequent diversified data analysis and service support. From the results of security analysis and performance analysis,it can be seen that the protocol can effectively protect the users' power consumption, and has lower computational overhead compared with some existing protocols.(2)A secure data aggregation protocol based on masking valueAiming at the problem of high overhead in the process of data aggregation and lack of secure billing under dynamic electricity price,a secure data aggregation protocol based on masking value is proposed in this paper. In the protocol, the power consumption data of smart meters is encrypted by masking value, which reduces the cost of encryption and decryption.Meanwhile, the tree structure and additional random number are utilized to protect the security of users' power consumption in the process of power consumption statistics and dynamic pricebased billing. In addition, the smart meters can transmit messages anonymously to prevent adversaries from obtaining users' location information and other privacy data through their real identities.Security analysis and experimental simulation show that the protocol is secure and efficient, and has better practicability.
