Smart Grid is considered as the solution for the next generation power energy network.It can provide real-time data monitoring,more accurate and more con-venient billing charging,more flexible and more precise power resource scheduling,etc.for adapting to the electricity demand of the modern residents,and solve the problems in traditional power grid.Data aggregation is the core part of the smart gird,and it is the foundation for the electricity supplier to do the further statistic and analysis or the further power resouce scheduling.During the aggregation process,the key point of research is the following aspects.Firstly,we should preserve the privacy of users to avoid the property loss.Secondly,the aggregation scheme should be efficient in order to save the costs,so that the scheme can be widely used.On the other hand,in reality use,the situations are really complex,the aggregation scheme should be flexibility.Therefore,we need more practical funtions based on the privacy-preserving and the efficient scheme,such as aggregation by regions,multidiemnsional aggregation of data,fault tolerance etc.so that the aggregation results can be more beneifical to further statistics and analysis.Based on the above several key research topics,this paper propsed two effi-cient privacy-preserving data aggregation schemes for smart grid communications.The first scheme completes the privacy-preserving data aggregation by regions in a single aggregation process of the smart grid through the Paillier homomorphic encryption system and the Chinese remainder theorem.The second scheme com-pletes the multidimensional aggregation of the data scheme for the smart grid with a privacy-preserving way through the Lagrange polynomial interpolation and the bilinear pairing,the scheme also supports the falut tolerance function.By security analysis,both two schemes can totally preserve the privacy of users.However in terms of efficiency,comparing with existed schemes,both two schemes are efficient.
