Research On Optimization Of Procurement Cost Control In LH Power Plant

Due to the early development and application of thermal power technology in China,the industry is entering a mature stage of development.Due to the influence of many factors such as global energy system structure,historical power security and installation layout,the structure of domestic energy power generation system will be dominated by thermal power for a long time,and thermal power generation and heating system are also the basic supporting facilities necessary for people's daily life.In recent years,with the opening of preferential policies such as environmental health and structural reform of power supply,private capital has gradually participated in them.The market competition of thermal power industry has become increasingly cruel.It is facing the problems of "high cost,high expected goal,low output and low benefit".Under various pressures,it is very important for thermal power enterprises to control cost,improve profit margin and maintain stable development.For the LH power plant,the number of raw materials purchased is relatively large and there are many kinds of raw materials,and the purchase cost can account for more than 70% of the total cost.Controlling the purchase cost of the power plant can have a favorable impact on the total cost and operating profit.Therefore,the LH power plant needs to solve various problems in the procurement cost control,in order to achieve the purpose of reducing the procurement cost,and then improve the market advantage of the LH power plant.Combined with the domestic and foreign literature on procurement and procurement cost control,this paper first introduces the composition of procurement cost of LH power plant from collecting the relevant information of LH power plant,and analyzes the current situation of procurement cost control of LH power plant;Secondly,from the above analysis,it is concluded that the purchasing cost control of LH power plant should focus on the coal purchase price and storage cost,so as to find out the existing problems and causes in the purchasing cost control of LH power plant;Then,the procurement cost control of LH power plant is optimized from the aspects of making scientific procurement plan,improving procurement budget management system,strengthening the analysis of storage cost and improving supplier management system by using analytic hierarchy process,so as to increase the economic benefits of the power plant;Finally,the actual situation and optimization strategy of LH power plant are comprehensively analyzed,and the supporting measures are put forward,so that the power plant can pay more attention to the procurement cost control.The research of this paper is helpful to build a more perfect purchasing cost control system for LH power plant,so as to create a stable and safe production and operation environment.At the same time,the research of LH power plant also plays a certain reference role for other thermal power enterprises to control the procurement cost.
