| Since 2010,under the pressure of severe inflation,the country’s economic growth has begun to slow significantly and the economy has decelerated significantly.Since 2013,Guangxi’s thermal power generation has been declining year by year,and the country’s top five power companies and other central enterprises have continued to add new electricity investment in Guangxi,resulting in serious overcapacity in the power industry,and thermal power plants as a whole are facing power demand and dilemma of falling power supply.In 2017,China’s hydropower and wind power generation increased by 16.7%and 14.5%,and the number of hours of utilization of hydropower equipment increased by 153 hours,to be the highest level in the same period in the past 10 years.Thermal power generation fell 3.6%,and the number of hours used by thermal equipment fell 178 hours,to be the lowest level in the same period in nearly 10 years.All the thermal power plant are even more like walking on the ice,have been in trouble.For thermal power enterprises,the cost of purchasing coal combustion accounts for 70%-80%of the total production cost,and controlling the cost of purchasing coal combustion is equivalent to increasing the benefits of the enterprise.Therefore,strengthening procurement management and achieving efficient and refined cost control is an inevitable choice to improve the operating efficiency of enterprises.In this context,I choose Guangxi G thermal power company as the research object,focusing on G company’s coal procurement cost control methods,in order to reduce the cost of coal combustion power plant procurement and improve economic benefits.The coal purchase cost of thermal power enterprises is composed of many elements.How to complete coal procurement with higher value and make it available for power generation production on time is the key problem that thermal power enterprises need to solve.The research of this paper is mainly based on the example of G Thermal Power Company(hereinafter referred to as G Company)to study the current situation of coal procurement management.It theoretically expand and enrich the theoretical research perspective and research content of procurement management of thermal power enterprises.In practice for the improvement and optimization of domestic thermal power companies procurement cost control provides a reference example. |
