Research On Outpatient Waiting Space Based On Space Syntax

With the rapid development of social economy and the increasing improvement of people's living standards,the spatial pattern of general hospitals is also facing a very important transformation period.There are many problems in the outpatient waiting space.How to improve the quality of the outpatient waiting space and create a good medical environment is the focus of this study.In this paper,literature analysis,behavior observation,interview,questionnaire interview,space syntax and other methods are used to quantitatively and qualitatively analyze the characteristics and problems of outpatient waiting space of medical street mode,hoping to provide some strategies for outpatient waiting optimization.This paper is divided into five chapters,the introduction part mainly describes the research background,purpose,significance,research framework and methods of this topic,followed by a systematic discussion of the medical street model outpatient space and space syntax related theory,to provide theoretical support for the following research;the next chapter is divided into three parts,select typical cases to investigate its spatial function layout,spatial scale,spatial organization status At the same time,we observed the behavior of patients and analyzed the relationship between space and behavior.Finally,we interviewed the patients and evaluated the problems of space combined with their psychological feelings.In the fourth chapter,with the help of space syntax theory,the author makes a quantitative analysis of the outpatient waiting space of the hospital street model,analyzes the convex space and the visual field of the accessible area of the patients,studies the accessibility,visibility and comprehensibility of the space,compares and analyzes the results of behavior observation and questionnaire interview,evaluates the outpatient waiting space of the hospital,and summarizes the safety and comfort of the outpatient waiting space of the hospital According to the existing problems,the optimization suggestions are put forward from the use efficiency,comfort and safety,.In this paper,the theory and practice,a variety of methods of comprehensive quantitative qualitative medical street model outpatient waiting space,to provide a reference for the future medical street model outpatient space design.
