The motor condition monitoring and fault diagnosis has always been an important topic for people to research,and vibration as an obvious phenomenon in the process of motor operation,there will be a lot of available information.In the process of operation,if the motor fails for some reasons,its characteristics can be reflected in the vibration signal spectrum.Therefore,the research on the vibration characteristics of the motor is a very effective way to detect the motor fault in time.Today by using the sensor and data acquisition card,the motor vibration signal can be collected conveniently and efficiently.The development of digital signal processing technology and artificial intelligence technology also makes the analysis and processing of vibration signal very fast and accurate.The former combines with the host computer software to complete the acquisition and monitoring of the vibration signal,while the latter realizes the analysis and processing of the vibration signal through the algorithm.The combination of the two can complete the running state monitoring and fault analysis and diagnosis of the motor.According to the basic principle of motor condition monitoring and fault diagnosis,this thesis uses vibration sensor and data acquisition card to collect motor vibration data,adopts visual and object-oriented design method,uses Visual Studio C # programming language and related API functions of acquisition card under Windows system to develop a simple,efficient and functional host computer software,in the real-time acquisition mode,the multimedia timer is used to realize 1ms interval sampling,and in the cache acquisition mode,the 48 KHz high-speed sampling is realized.MATLAB is used to implement wavelet analysis,SVD and other methods to process the data,BP neural network and SVM are also used to classify and identify the abnormal signal of motor.Finally,the MATLAB data analysis and processing code is called through the host computer program to realize the integration of the whole system.The design system realizes the functions of real-time signal waveform display,abnormal alarm,data storage,historical data query and data analysis,and the rationality and reliability of the system are proved by the experimental test.The experimental results show that the motor state monitoring and fault diagnosis system designed in this thesis can monitor the running state of the motor in real time,and can quickly judge and analyze the abnormal state of the motor,which has great value in practical application and the further development.
