With the deepening reform of China's socialist market economy,the requirements for the development of enterprises are becoming higher and higher.At the same time,the improvement of China's accounting standards system is also improving the quality of enterprise accounting information disclosure.It has gradually developed from the traditional focus on reflecting accounting elements to the goal of enterprise development strategy.In this context,it introduces a new direction of analyzing enterprise development from a strategic perspective.In previous case studies,they often focused on the left side of the enterprise's balance sheet,that is,the analysis of the enterprise's asset status.Through the analysis and discussion of the monetary capital level,the enterprise's inventory turnover speed and the turnover of fixed assets,they summarized and inferred the overall level of the enterprise's assets and whether the enterprise is high-quality.However,it ignores the role of enterprise capital structure,liabilities and owner's equity.Based on the capital introduction strategy proposed by Professor Zhang Xinmin,using the research methods of literature research,case analysis and comparative analysis,this paper focuses on the advantages,disadvantages and strategic connotation of different types of capital introduction strategies.Gree Electric Appliance,which has high operating liabilities and huge profit accumulation,is selected as a case enterprise,which is highly representative.From a strategic perspective,this paper understands the different power sources of the case enterprise,analyzes and discusses the type of investment strategy it adopts,the reasons for its selection.Through the study of case enterprises,we choose the type more suitable for enterprise development strategy,which provides a reference for the strategic choice of other enterprises.
