At present,the summer electricity peak load in China is deteriorating continuously,and electricity shortage frequently appears.Although electricity shortage can be alleviated by building peak-regulating power plants and expanding installed capacity,it is not conducive to peak load reduction and it dramatically increases the construction cost of the power grid.The air conditioning load,which accounts for nearly half of the summer electricity peak load,is the major contributor to the electricity shortage.The short-time control of air conditioning load has the characteristics of quick response and little influence on user comfort.Reasonable air conditioning load operation control strategy can not only help reduce the peak load but also reduce the construction cost of the power grid.In this background,a temperature regulation method for air conditioning load group based on Normalized Temperature Adjustable Capacity(NTAC)is proposed,combining with the air conditioning load model.A convergent air conditioning load regulation strategy containing response regulation and load recovery is further presented.The main research contents are as follows.First,the current air conditioning temperature control load proportion rising to power system and the influence of the air conditioning load in the potential of demand response in China are analyzed.As the background for the research of this thesis,"State Grid Jiangsu Nanjing aggregated load resource to participate in the distribution network operation control demonstration project" is introduced.This dissertation takes the splittype constant frequency air conditioner in the dormitory of Nanjing Normal University as the research object and studies the working principle,operation state model and the thermodynamic model of the building on it.On this basis,the load aggregated model of constant air conditioner is established.The load curve of large-scale constant frequency air conditioner and the calculation method of regulating capacity based on Monte Carlo are proposed,and the power characteristics of load group are verified by simulation.Secondly,considering the single type and large number of constant frequency air conditioning loads in the dormitory of Nanjing Normal University,a temperature control method of air conditioning load group based on NTAC is proposed.The load of each air conditioner at any operation time is arranged according to the NTAC value and included in the unique on and off state to achieve accurate control.The simulation results verify that the NTAC based air-conditioning load group temperature regulation method can effectively reduce power and have the little effect on user comfort.Finally,on the basis of the air conditioning model established above and the improved air conditioning load group temperature regulation method,a two-stage convergent air conditioning load regulation strategy including response regulation and load recovery is proposed.The simulation results show that compared with direct control and traditional alternate control strategy,the two-stage convergent air conditioning load control strategy can better solve the power oscillation problem caused by the air conditioning load group control and recovery and meet the command requirements of the dispatching center,in addition,it can provide a reference for load control strategy for subsequent construction of "State Grid Jiangsu Nanjing aggregated load resource to participate in the distribution network operation control demonstration project".
