In recent years,the automobile train has become the main means of transportation in the road transportation because of its high efficiency and low cost,and the middle axle trailer has been widely concerned by people because of its flexible arrangement and easy separation from the tractor.Trailer in the rapid development at the same time,the road traffic safety problems gradually appear,according to the traffic management bureau's relevant statistics show that more than 90% of the accident is caused by the brake brake,so the study of the trailer brake system is of great significance.However,the existing trailer braking system has some shortcomings,such as poor braking efficiency,easy sideslipping,and serious braking delay.Therefore,it is necessary to further study the braking control system of the mid-axle trailer.Based on the braking information of the tractor,an active hydraulic braking control scheme for the mid-mounted axle trailer is proposed in this paper.The braking information of the tractor is obtained through the ZigBee wireless communication system,the electro-hydraulic direct drive braking system is controlled,and the braking force is actively applied to the mid-mounted axle trailer.First of all,the overall scheme of the braking system of the middle axle trailer based on the braking information of the tractor is proposed.According to the overall scheme of the system,the system function definition,design requirements and evaluation indexes are proposed.The overall structure of the system is analyzed,and the functions and functions of the main components of the system are introduced.Then,the shaft of motor train is analyzed with mechanics,and in combination with tire model,the link model,the coupling characteristics of electro-hydraulic electro-hydraulic direct-drive build shaft of automobile brake model train braking condition equation of motion,and use the Truck Sim software build auto train model and road surface model,by using AMESim software build electro-hydraulic direct-drive braking system.Then,based on the tractor-trailer braking information,the terminal sliding mode control algorithm was adopted to control the trailer braking force,and the Matlab/Simulink,Trucksim and AMESim co-simulation tests were carried out to analyze the control effect of trailer braking under different working conditions.Finally,a test bench was built to test the hardware in the loop,and the performance of ZigBee point-to-point communication system and the voltage regulating effect of the electro-hydraulic direct drive braking system were analyzed.
