The application of dryers or washing-dryers in the home,hotel and hotel industries has a gradual expansion trend.At a certain stage,its application rate in urban households may be roughly the same as that of washing machines and refrigerators.It can be seen that clothes dryers have considerable demand.However,when the dryer or the washer-dryer is working,the runners of different materials have different temperature tolerances.The structure of the runners and the operation mode of the dryer will affect the drying effect,so the dryer or washing and drying in the development process of the all-in-one machine,necessary research and testing are required.In order to meet the needs of the development and test of the dryer or the integrated washing and drying machine,it has clear application requirements and practical research value to develop a hot air source device with adjustable flow rate and controllable temperature.In order to meet the actual needs of the hot air source device required by the dryer,a variable temperature hot air source device was studied,and research work was carried out on the device,including the overall structure and technical scheme,flow and heating mathematical models,and temperature control Algorithms and related experimental work,etc.The thesis first studied the overall technical scheme of the variable temperature and heat air source device for the actual technical requirements of the dryer.On the basis of the basic process of airflow heating in the pipeline,an overall technical scheme including airflow input interface and flow adjustment,rectification,heating,temperature detection and control,insulation and heat preservation subsystems are proposed.Simulation analysis shows that the proposed rectifier subsystem structure can ensure that the airflow can enter the heating area in a desired laminar flow state while significantly shortening the length of the flow channel.On this basis,the working process of the device was analyzed and studied,and the main structural parameters of the device were determined,which laid the foundation for the realization of the device and subsequent research.Secondly,a mathematical model of air flow and heating of the variable temperature and hot air source device is established.The relationship between the temperature difference between the entrance and exit planes and the average heating power per unit area of the heater is derived,which provides a basis for the determination of the basic power parameters of the heater and the selection of the heater.On this basis,the performance of the hot air source device under extreme working conditions was verified by simulation.On the basis of the above research,the variable temperature hot air source device was processed,the temperature control system was designed and the temperature control algorithm was researched.According to the heating characteristics of the device,the fuzzy self-tuning PID control algorithm is adopted as the temperature control algorithm,the related control program is written,a set of better control parameters is determined through experimental analysis,and the variable temperature hot air source device is different The flow rate,temperature control characteristics at different set temperatures and different ambient temperatures were tested and analyzed.the experiment shows:under the conditions of a flow rate of 40m~3/h and an ambient temperature of 25°C,the time to reach the maximum set temperature of 80°C is 80s,and the temperature control accuracy is withiną0.4°C;at a flow rate of 80m~3/h and an ambient temperature of 10°C,the time to reach the maximum set temperature of 80°C is 210s,and the temperature control accuracy is withiną0.6°C;under the conditions of a common flow rate of 60m~3/h and an ambient temperature of 25°C,the time to reach a common set temperature of 60°C is 190s,temperature control accuracy is withiną0.5?.Tests show that the flow rate adjustment range,temperature setting range and temperature control accuracy all meet the technical requirements.The variable temperature and hot air source device developed in this subject has the characteristics of simple structure and small size.It can adjust the preset temperature value of the system in real time through the LCD touch screen,and adjust the set flow value of the system in real time through the throttle valve.The technical indicators of the entire device meet the actual needs of the enterprise and have application value.
