The weighing and measuring system realizes the automation of weighing through the computer control of the weighing and measuring process,which plays an important role in the management of transportation and sales of enterprises.However,illegal merchants take advantage of truck scales to cheat in the weighing and measuring process,which brings great economic losses to enterprises.Therefore,based on computer vision and deep learning,this paper studies the anti-cheating technology of the weighing measurement system,designs and develops an intelligent anti-cheating measurement system for loading and unloading.The specific work of this paper is as follows:The cheating behavior in the weighing process of truck scale weighing SCADA system is analyzed,the functional requirements of the system are summarized,and the overall design scheme of the system is drawn up.The truck scale region is extracted with Mask RCNN algorithm to determine the specific outline of the truck scale.A FPN-SSD algorithm based on residual network is proposed to identify pedestrians and trucks.Experiments show that the algorithm meets the requirements of real-time performance and accuracy of small target pedestrian;ROI region recognition,preprocessing,contour correction and digital character extraction are performed on the digital instrument.For the recognition of digital characters,a similarity-based digital character recognition algorithm is proposed for the digital characters in the meter.The experiment shows that the algorithm can realize the accurate and rapid recognition of digital instrument characters;The GRU algorithm is used to determine the category of the weighing curve,and different Dropout values are added to the GRU algorithm for optimization.The experiment proves that with the Dropout value of 0.6 GRU algorithm have a positive effect on improving the model effect.Finally,based on Pycharm 2017 development environment and SQLite database,an intelligent anti-cheating measurement system for loading and unloading is developed,and the software functional modules in the system are designed and implemented.Field experiment proves that the system can make abnormal alarm to the possibility of cheating.
