Truck scale is widely used in electric power,metallurgy,coal,chemical industry and other enterprises.The traditional manual weighing mode has many disadvantages,such as high work intensity,bad on-site environment,and the weighing process is easily affected by human factors,which directly affects the weighing efficiency and economic benefits of enterprises.At the same time,under the influence of COVID-19,we should try to avoid direct contact and communication between people and people.It is also a huge market demand for developing unattended weighing systems.Based on the actual needs of the mining company in Yueyang,this paper designs a set of fully automatic unattended weighing management system to achieve the purpose of measurement information management.The main tasks of this paper are as follows:(1)By analyzing the background of traditional weighing instrument industry and carrying out enterprise research,this paper expounds the working principle and composition of unattended truck scale,carries out relevant demand analysis,puts forward specific technical indexes and analyzes relevant stress model.Secondly,the scheme of unattended truck scale is designed,including the overall framework,license plate recognition and position detection subsystem,electronic truck scale weighing subsystem,upper computer data management subsystem.(2)Under the guidance of the actual needs of enterprises,the hardware and software design of the unattended truck scale is carried out separately,combined with the mature and stable industrial technology solutions in the relevant market,to realize the fully automated unattended truck scale weighing process,and achieve the corresponding functional technical indicators to meet the various use needs of enterprises.(3)The relevant parameters of unattended truck scale are tested on site.According to the national verification regulation of digital indicating scale,the measurement parameters of weighing subsystem are tested,such as repeatability,partial load,weighing indication error and identification threshold error tests,and the uncertainty of indication error is evaluated.In addition,the weighing efficiency test of unattended truck scale is tested.The test results show that the main measurement performance indicators of the weighing system meet the requirements of accuracy grade scale in “JJG 539-2016 Digital Indicating Scale”,and the weighing efficiency is significantly improved.After on-site debugging and testing,the system has been put into use on site.
