The automatic refilling system provides the powder charge support for the LPG(Liquid Propellant Gun),the working ways of the refilling system determine the comprehensive performance of the LPG.How to realize automatic,fast,precise filling and variable volume filling is the focus of the research.This thesis conducted experimental study and simulation analysis of automatic refilling system,which completed the following works:1)According to the characteristics of a certain gun,the tactical requirements of the automatic refilling system were specified.By analyzing the merits and defects of different filling systems,the filling method of the automatic refilling system was determined,the overall scheme was designed,and the parameter calculation of the key components was carried out.2)According to the scheme of the automatic refilling system,the liquid quantitative device,the analog structure of liquid storage chamber,the hydraulic and pneumatic system,the prototype of control system were manufactured,and the control program of the automatic refilling process was designed.The influence of variable volume charge process and filling pressure on filling performance of the system was analyzed through experiments.3)The transfer function model of stepper linear motor was built,and the fuzzy PID controller was designed for stepper linear motor.The dynamic model and simulation model of the automatic refilling system were established.After simulation,the results were compared with the experimental data to verify the rationality of the simulation model.4)The dynamic characteristics of the automatic refilling system in the working process were obtained by simulating the verified model.Through increasing the flow rate of the system and the output pressure of the gas source,the influence of the system parameters on the filling speed and filling error was studied.The research shows that the system can refill liquid propellant of different volume,but the filling time and filling error increase linearly with the filling volume.If the flow rate of system becomes larger,the filling time will get shorter,but the filling error will increase linearly.Increasing the filling pressure can shorten the filling time and make the filling error decrease linearly,but when the filling volume is fixed,the filling time cannot be significantly shortened though the pressure continues to increase.By adjusting the parameters,it has found that if the flow rate of system is 45L/min and the filling pressure is 1.8MPa,the hydraulic and pneumatic system takes 4.0s to refill 0.5L liquid propellant with the filling error being 2.87%.
