Filling is the most important link of the production process of chemical,food,pharmaceutical,etc.The filling of liquid products is accurate or not will directly affect the brand image and enterprise efficiency.The paper takes the essential oil filling system as the research platform to improve the automatic filling machine technological design,filling accuracy,filling efficiency and informatization degree.The problems such as low system yield,large measurement error and low informatization degree are mainly studied.The specific contents are as follows:Firstly,the paper improves the structure of the rotary oil filling machine system,to improve the working efficiency of the turntable of bottle,under the plug and cover;Secondly,the mathematical model of the servo system is built on the permanent magnet synchronous motor as the main control object,and the vector control method and the mathematical transfer function of the permanent magnet synchronous motor are determined in this paper,which lays the theoretical foundation for realizing the high precision filling of the essential oil;Thirdly,the paper uses the gray prediction PID control strategy to realize high precision filling of essential oil;Finally,designing based on PLC,Microcontroller control system to complete a series of essential oil filling operations,which to achieve automation.This paper starts from the overall scheme of the filling system,focuses on solving the problem of unstable operation and filling accuracy of the essential oil filling control system,and designs a control scheme,which can improve the stability and accuracy of the filling system.In the field of micro-filling has a certain value to promote.
