With the rapid development in the field of heavy construction machinery,the performance and efficiency of the widely used heavy-duty manipulator system have become more and more demanding.As a very important part of the heavy-duty manipulator system,the hydraulic oil source device largely determines the overall drive performance and energy consumption performance of the system.Therefore,this paper addresses the energy loss caused by the mismatch of input and output power,during the energy transfer of the hydraulic oil source device of the heavy-duty manipulator system,and carries out research work in the following aspects.(1)Introduction of the working principle and general scheme of the intelligent oil source system.For the improvement of the traditional hydraulic oil source device,power matching control and its working principle is introduced.The relationship between the output power and the speed and displacement in the motor pumping system under constant pressure conditions is deduced.The motor pumping combination of variable speed and variable pump is determined after comparative analysis.After comparing various speed and displacement adjustment schemes,the compound control scheme of speed adjustment by permanent magnet synchronous motor and displacement adjustment by swashplate axial piston pump is adopted.(2)Intelligent oil source device hydraulic system scheme design.Design the main parameters of the system,draw the hydraulic schematic diagram,and elaborate the design details and features.Outline the intelligent pump working principle and design scheme,and complete the physical test.Consider a variety of factors,and complete the hydraulic system external parts selection and procurement.(3)Intelligent oil source device electrical system scheme design.Outline the working principle of the electrical system,sort out the system input and output signals,and draw the design diagram of the electrical connection scheme.Complete the selection of permanent magnet synchronous motor and drive,and configure the drive and motor through the software Cockpit.Integrate various factors to complete the selection and procurement of external parts for the electrical system.(4)Intelligent oil source device control system scheme design.Introduce the working principle of control system and draw the control schematic.Compare the characteristics of different controllers,determine the DSP + PLC composite controller combination,and complete the selection.Adopt RS485 serial communication between controllers and develop the communication protocol.Outline the principle of system speed control,and complete the parameter adjustment by software Cockpit.Establish the plunger pump displacement control model,outline the intelligent pump displacement control principle,and complete the control performance test.(5)Develop the intelligent oil source system power matching control strategy and conduct experimental verification.Demonstrate the results of the physical construction of the intelligent oil source system.Derive the load demand power calculation formula,design a split-gear power matching scheme,and theoretically analyze the factors affecting the efficiency of swashplate axial piston pumps and permanent magnet synchronous motors.Complete the intelligent oil source system efficiency test and draw the system efficiency trend graph.Through comparative measurement experiments,design the speed-displacement combination scheme in different gears,finally determine the specific power matching control strategy and verify its effectiveness and stability through experiments.The research done in this paper is useful for the design and improvement of the hydraulic oil source device of heavy-duty manipulator system,and can provide reference for the design optimization of similar heavy-duty hydraulic drive systems.
