Exterior insulation system is an important form of building energy efficiency,but with the wide application of exterior insulation system,fall off accidents have occurred frequently,the reason is lack of exterior insulation system of cohesive force or under the wind load caused by fatigue damage,so the external wall thermal insulation system insulation board cohesive action of tensile load capacity and fatigue performance study is of great significance.In this thesis,the tensile capacity and fatigue performance of insulation board bonding in external wall insulation system are studied by means of experimental research and numerical simulation.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)The tensile test and fatigue test of EPS insulation board exterior wall insulation system were carried out.Through 18 groups of tensile tests and 24 groups of fatigue tests,the effects of different bonding modes,different bonding areas and different fatigue load peaks on the tensile capacity and fatigue performance of EPS insulation board were studied.The results show that the standard value of tensile strength of EPS insulation board increases with the increasing of bonding rate,and the maximum tensile strength of full adhesion is the maximum.When the bonding rate is the same,the tensile strength of different bonding modes is in the order of strip adhesion > cross adhesion > point adhesion > point frame adhesion.Bonding rate,bonding mode and fatigue load peak have an effect on the fatigue times of EPS insulation board,and the order of influence is fatigue load peak > bonding rate > bonding mode;When the adhesion rate of EPS insulation board increases,the fatigue number increases gradually,and when the fatigue load peak increases,the fatigue number decreases.The fatigue performance of full adhesion is the best in all the tests,and the fatigue performance of point adhesion is the worst.(2)Evaluate the fatigue life of EPS insulation board external wall insulation system.Based on the fatigue data of EPS insulation board,the S-N curve of EPS insulation board was established,and the fatigue life of EPS insulation board was evaluated by combining the standard value of wind load,fatigue damage theory and actual wind speed frequency statistics in Jinan area.The results show that the fatigue life of the strip glued 40%EPS insulation board in the block base is about 13 years,which should be reinforced with anchor bolts in practical engineering.The improvement of the bonding rate of insulation board is very helpful to the improvement of the service life of the external wall insulation system.The service life of the insulation board is greater than 25 years in the block base with strip sticking 80%,full sticking and in the concrete base with full sticking EPS,which meets the requirements in the specification.(3)The stress variation rule of EPS insulation board exterior wall insulation system in concrete base is explored under different working conditions.The finite element software ABAQUS was used to establish the external thermal insulation model of EPS board in concrete base.The parameters were analyzed by changing the standard value of wind load at different heights above the ground,the adhesion rate of strip and the bonding mode,and the finite element results under different working conditions were compared and analyzed.The results show that the stress of EPS insulation board increases with the increase of ground height.Under the same wind load values,with the continuous increase of caking rate,EPS insulation board on the maximum stress decreases,the stress distribution is more homogeneous,EPS board maximum stress value have appeared in the junction between EPS and the concrete base,simulation results show that the stress of the reasonable bonding method for insulation board can have very good optimization effect. |
