Land system is the basic system in rural areas of our country,and the reform of land system is the fundamental measure to change and influence the way of rural development.For a long time,the urban-rural dual structure formed in China's planned economy period has become a factor restricting the social and economic development.Compared with the rapid urbanization process in which cities take the lead in development,rural population loss,industrial decay,lack of public services and other problems,rural hollowing has become a new contradiction between people and land.In order to solve land problems in rural development and on the basis of stabilizing land ownership and contract rights,policies and measures have been put forward in the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy to gradually release land management rights and flexibly and efficiently allocate rural land resources,which have played a positive role in promoting rural transformation and development and improving the living environment.The evolution of spatial structure brought by rural transformation and development is the result of multiple factors.With the continuous improvement of China's urbanization level and the country's high attention to rural development,the factors affecting rural spatial evolution have changed from natural factors to human factors.Rural space is no longer the original"extensive" natural growth model,but gradually transition to a new development model combining planning guidance and policy regulation.Based on this background,this article on the "country space",rural land",rural land system reform",on the basis of defining the related concepts,such as transformation from rural development,rural space evolution impact factors,and from the perspective of property rights,path dependence,the reform of the system of the rural space evolution of the existing research were reviewed,The influence and mechanism of institutional reform on rural spatial evolution are explained in detail.Taking nine villages of Daotunwa in Dongping County as the research object,thesis analyzes the context of rural land system reform in Dongping County,and divides the land system into three development stages from the perspective of property rights.Research methods and practice of the new institutionalism longitudinal dimension under lateral thinking,the combination of analysis,respectively,three stages in the evolution of the nine village village space,it is concluded that the rural land system reform since the founding of the influence,nine village village space structure and the production space and living space,the evolution law of ecological space,The mechanism of rural land system reform on rural spatial evolution is summarized.The main results are as follows:Through the analysis of the existing literature and the development of the rural land system in Dongping County,it is concluded that the direction of the reform is the continuous release of rural land property rights,and the reform of the system will have a certain impact on the spatial evolution.Secondly,starting from the status quo of nine villages,thesis divided the separation process of land ownership,contract right and management right in Dongping County into three periods before 1983,1983-2009 and after 2009,respectively explored the relationship between rural spatial evolution and land system,and obtained the evolution law of"production-living-ecological space" in nine villages.Finally,it is concluded that the land system reform affects the evolution of rural space.When the system reform develops along the path of gradual relaxation,the space is gradually flexible,and the boundary of "productionliving-ecological space" is no longer clear,and the system presents a dynamic development trend.The results show that land system plays an indirect role in the evolution of rural space.The institutional reform restrains or encourages local governments,village collectives,economic organizations and farmers to transform the production-livability space based on their own interests maximization from two directions of relaxation and tightening,and the rural space gradually evolves.
