impact on urban green space.The dissertation uses multi-source data and related cases to study the formation and evolution of land system and urban green space characteristics,reveals the relationship between them,and expounds the mechanism of action.The research mainly consists of the following three parts:First of all,taking 36 cities at home and abroad as research samples,the dissertation studies the relationship between land ownership system and the formation of urban green space characteristics by using quantitative research and case study methods,and introduces the theory of new institutional economics to explain the relationship between them.The conclusion is that the land ownership system has a certain impact on the formation of the quantity,area,shape and structural characteristics of urban green space: as the basic economic system,the intensity and density of property rights determine the initial allocation of land property rights,and then affect the transaction cost of spatial property right transaction in the process of urban green space construction,Finally,under the influence of different land ownership systems,urban green space shows differences in quantity,area,form and structure,and The characteristics of urban green space are distributed in circles in the same city.Secondly,taking 5 domestic cities as the key research samples,34 cities as the general research samples,the dissertation uses the methods of quantitative research and case study methods to study the relationship between the change of land use system and the evolution of urban green space after the founding of new China.The conclusion is that the land use system has a great impact on the evolution of the spatial features and construction characteristics of urban green space.The financial system reform and the direction of urban development with the land use system as the core affect the urban construction mode of local governments.Furthermore,it has a profound impact on the urban green space in the aspects of spatial features and construction characteristics: in terms of spatial features,the morphological structure changes from fragmentary to regular,from incomplete to complete;In terms of quantity and area,the long-term low-speed growth has gradually turned into high-speed growth;The proportion of parks open to the public has steadily increased;The coupling with urban expansion is gradually enhanced.In the aspect of construction characteristics,the logic of planning and construction is to give more consideration to supporting industrial development and gradually to the overall operation of the city;The sources of construction funds tend from unified financial allocation to diversified combination of land finance;The dominant power of planning and construction is from multiple government and enterprise subjects under the appearance of a single subject,through disordered multiple subjects,and finally to orderly multiple subjects led by local governments;The supply mode of land carrying capacity is the state-owned land allocated for use by all land expropriation,which tends to be mixed with the state-owned land after expropriation and the collective land with rent instead of expropriation.The key to these changes lies in whether the land use system can fully realize the property value of land,and whether the local government can capture and realize the property value of land.As the core force of urban green space construction,the land use system can lead the formulation of relevant planning and the implementation of construction behavior.Finally,taking Chengdu as the research sample,the dissertation introduces the theory of bond finance,and studies the evolution of urban green space construction way,the prediction of development trend,and the construction strategy under the background of land system reform and the establishment of new urban construction invest-finance system.The conclusion is that the urban green space presents the following five development trends under the influence of the new background:more focus on the ecological value of urban green space,and the leading role of green space should be strengthened;more focus on the form coupling of urban green space,and the degree of integration between urban and landscape is deepened;more focus on the mixed formats of urban green space,with high-quality and diversified service functions;more focus on the vitality of urban green space,and the recreation experience has been greatly improved;more focus on the differential development of suburban ecological areas and urban green space,and the efficiency of capital use has been steadily improved.As a response,the paper puts forward the construction strategy of "focusing on the construction of urban green integration development area with urban green space as the core,and urban green space as the guide for the common development of the area",At the same time of improving the regional human settlement environment,fully enhance the land value;Reasonable delimitation of ecological value compensation area,fine extension of urban green interface,promote the integration of urban green development at the same time fully release the land value;Actively change the concept of planning and design,accurately configure the mixed formats,and improve the quality city brand image while greatly improving the recreational experience;In order to meet different leisure and recreation needs and respond to the Rural Revitalization Strategy,we should improve the efficiency of the use of funds and develop suburban ecological areas differently.In addition,it is necessary to carry out in-depth research on point land supply policy,green line related laws and regulations and ecological finance innovation.In conclusion,land system,including land ownership system and land use system,has a profound impact on the formation and evolution of urban green space in
