Research On The Optimization Of Public Space In Urban Village Resettlement Settlement

With the development of economy and the deepening of urbanization,China’s urban construction has changed from the rapid expansion stage to the stock reduction stage,and a large number of urban village land has been developed and utilized.Village in city settlement is a special new urban settlement bred and gradually developed in this process.It is a unique social landscape in the process of urbanization in China.After the demolition of urban villages,most of the villagers in urban villages lost their land for survival,and exchanged the land income for the resettlement compensation residential buildings with relatively perfect infrastructure.The original life mode and social relationship structure of villagers have been broken,which leads to a series of problems in the living life of villagers in urban villages in resettlement settlements.Urban village resettlement settlements have also attracted the attention of experts and scholars from all walks of life because of their unique urban spatial form of urban-rural integration and the social characteristics of residents "going upstairs".This thesis takes the public space of urban village resettlement settlements as the research object,and improves the use vitality of the public space of settlements by exploring the behavior activities and space needs of residents in urban village resettlement settlements in the public space.In the process of daily activities and communication,stimulate the communication enthusiasm among residents,improve the familiarity of neighbors,and continue the interpersonal relationship of the original village.The good activity and social atmosphere in the public space of residential area can not only attract residents to carry out social communication,enhance the cohesion of residential area,improve the enthusiasm of residents to participate in residential affairs,help residents obtain a sense of psychological belonging,but also provide theoretical guidance for the renewal of resettlement areas in urban renewal.The first two chapters of this thesis focus on exploring the research value of urban village resettlement settlements,and carry out in-depth research on the relevant theories and reviews of the public space of urban village resettlement settlements,so as to prepare for the subsequent optimization and renewal of the public space of urban village resettlement settlements.Based on the study of the construction mode,residents’ characteristics,residents’ activity behavior and public space demand of urban village resettlement settlements,the third chapter combs the construction overview of urban village resettlement settlements in Licheng District,Jinan,classifies the urban village resettlement settlements in Licheng District,and analyzes the public space characteristics of urban village resettlement settlements under different construction forms.The fourth chapter starts from the three aspects of "space behavior demand",selects the typical urban village resettlement settlements in Licheng District for field investigation.By using behavior observation method and questionnaire interview method,this thesis explores the use of public space in urban village resettlement settlements and residents’ evaluation of public space environment in settlements from both qualitative and quantitative aspects,and summarizes the current situation and problems of public space in urban village resettlement settlements in Licheng District.Finally,taking three typical urban village resettlement settlements in Licheng District with different construction forms as an example,this thesis puts forward targeted public space system optimization strategies.
