When the environmental factors and internal and external conditions in the organization system change,the organization will carry out organizational change in order to adapt to this change.The smooth implementation of the change plan is one of the goals of the reform,which also includes ensuring the long-term interests of the enterprise at the strategic level.Innovation performance is an important measure of innovation effectiveness and a quantitative index to measure innovation effectiveness.When the organization’s environment changes and needs to be adjusted,the organization will carry out organizational change to improve its own performance.This paper uses the case study method to analyze the innovation performance improvement process of Midea Group from four dimensions: organizational structure change,member change,strategy change and culture change.The results show that organizational structure reform can optimize enterprise management mode,improve management efficiency,and improve innovation performance.The reform of organizational members,especially the emergence of transformational leader s in enterprises,can promote enterprise innovation,enhance employees’ enthusiasm for work,increase work efficiency,improve enterprises’ growth capacity and knowledge absorption ability,thus improving the profitability of enterprises and financial performance of enterprises.Organizational strategy change helps enterprises grasp the development direction and is conducive to the long-term development of enterprises.The transformation of organizational culture is reflected in the transformation of corporate culture within the organization.The corporate culture focusing on innovation can arouse the enthusiasm of internal R&D personnel.At the same time,enterprises pay attention to the improvement of R&D strength and increase the proportion of R&D investment,which can provide sufficient R&D financial support for R&D personnel and improve enterprise innovation ability,so as to increase enterprise innovation output and improve enterprise innovation performance,However,due to the periodicity of R&D,the impact on financial indicators is not obvious in the short term.
