Behind the development of the construction industry,there are many hidden dangers.The complex and bad construction environment and weak awareness of operation safety have led to serious casualties.Safety is not only the premise of social harmony,but also the necessary condition for the long-term sound development of the construction industry.Safety performance is usually considered to be an important factor closely related to casualty accidents.Good safety performance has a far-reaching impact on reducing accidents.Scholars have found that leadership style plays a key role in leading employees to choose safe production behavior.As an inspiring leadership style,transformational leadership can stimulate the internal motivation of employees and make them more active in their work.Many scholars have demonstrated the effectiveness of transformational leadership in the field of security.Based on the above background,this paper is divided into four parts to study the impact mechanism of transformational leadership on employee safety performance in the context of construction projects.First,the impact of transformational leadership on employee safety performance was discussed by analyzing the internal logic between the variables and the mediating mechanism between employee reciprocity behavior and employees.Security features are provided.Organizational identity governance mechanisms.Secondly,take employees of construction enterprises as samples,conduct pre-investigation through questionnaire survey,modify and delete scale items according to statistical software analysis,and obtain formal questionnaires.Third,the official questionnaire was released through the website dedicated to the questionnaire,and a total of 219 valid questionnaires were received.A series of tests such as reliability and validity analysis were carried out on the collected data,and the hypothesis and model of this study were verified through hypothesis testing.Finally:transformational leadership has a positive impact on employee safety performance;employee reciprocity partially mediates the impact of transformational leadership on employee safety performance;employee organizational identity positively moderates transformational leadership leadership Employee organizational identity positively moderates the relationship between transformational leadership and reciprocal behavior;employee organizational identity does not moderate the mediating role of reciprocal behavior between transformational leadership and safety performance.This study analyzes the internal promotion mechanism of transformational leadership on safety performance,but also provides some enlightenment for human resource management of enterprises closely related to safety,such as the construction industry: senior managers of construction enterprises should improve the level of transformational leadership,Promote the cultivation of employees’ mutually beneficial behavior,so as to more effectively stimulate employees’ high-level safety performance.
