Purpose:In the area of cadmium pollution in different degree,screening out the suitable varieties of medicinal plants with low cadmium accumulation,As well as the control effect of different agronomic measures on Cd uptake by different plants,the cadmium polluted farmland was fully utilized.Methods:Through the field experiment selected low cadmium accumulation of medicinal plant species;pot experiment on medicinal plants of different cadmium accumulation ability of heavy metal accumulation rules in different concentration of cadmium polluted soil;and study the effects of different agronomic measures on plant absorption of heavy metals,explored the suitable agronomic measures to further reduce the cadmium content in plants.Results and Conclusions:1.There was no significant difference between the same plant in different locations of severe pollution,no obvious differences in different locations in the same plant low pollution area,but there are obvious differences in the severe pollution area and low pollution area cadmium content of the same species of plant Cd accumulation in different concentrations of cadmium pollution in soil.Analysis of variance showed that there was a significant difference in Low cadmium content accumulation plant in a variety of low pollution and severe pollution areas.in severe pollution areas,The highest content were Houttuynia,screening out Prunella vulgaris,coix seed,cassia seed,white lentils is suitable for planting in the area of severe pollution of cadmium;in mild pollution areas,cockscomb,Houttuynia,Herba Dianthi and other varieties have obvious differences,screened mint,Plantago,Prunella vulgaris,Platycodon root,coix seed,black sesame,white lentils,cassia,Suitable for medium cadmium polluted area.2.The ability of three plants to accumulate cadmium was different.The growth of Herba Leonuri was not affected and the transfer ability of cadmium was strong in cadmium polluted area.With the increase of cadmium concentration,the growth of mint and Prunella vulgaris were affected by different degrees,among which the greatest effect was the Prunella vulgaris,When the concentration of cadmium was 10 mg/kg,the tolerance coefficient was-60.3%,followed by mint.The tolerance coefficient was-30.5% when the concentration of cadmium was about 10 mg/kg.Cadmium had no effect on Herba Leonuri,and had a strong effect on the growth of mint and Prunella vulgaris.3.Application of lime and manure can can significantly reduce the Cd content of motherwort,lime and manure could significantly reduce the Cd content of three different cadmium accumulation ability of plants.biomass were significantly increased when Apply Manure,while applying lime and manure effect is more obvious,so it can planted medicinal low accumulation plant varieties and apply lime and manure at the same time,It can produce safe Chinese herbal medicine products on a certain degree of pollution areas,to achieve better economic and social benefits in cadmium polluted area.
