Screening Of High-quality Special Soybean Varieties In Jiusan Reclamation Area

With the rapid development of society and the improvement of living standards,the people have higher requirements for the demand and quality of soybean products.At present,there are many types of soybeans in production,and there are big differences in the quality and yield of soybean varieties and processed soybean products.In response to this problem,our used 30soybean varieties as test materials to set up experiments on 3 representative farm setting trials of Jianshan Farm(The fourth accumulative temperate zone in Heilongjiang),Nenbei Farm(Upper limit of the fifth accumulative temperate zone in Heilongjiang)and Jianbian Farm(Lower limit of the fifth accumulative temperate zone in Heilongjiang)of Jiusan Reclamation Area in 2020.Our made tofu,soy milk and bean sprouts for normal mature soybean varieties at each test site.The experiment was conducted by comparing tofu yield,tofu sensory score,protein content,11S globulin content,7S globulin content and crude fat content and other indicators to screen special tofu varieties.Special soymilk varieties were selected based on the soymilk yield,soymilk sensory score,and other indicators.bean sprouts yield,Special bean sprouts varieties were selected based on the bean sprout length,100-seed weight,soybean yield,etc.The results were as follows:1.The Longken 3002 was suitable as special varieties of tofu among the 30 normally mature varieties of Jianshan Farm.The Heike 88 was suitable as special soybean milk varieties.The yield of Longken 3002 was 4491.71 kg·hm^-2,the protein content was 42.07%,the fat content was 20.63%,the tofu yield was 2.06,the tofu moisture content was 81.12%,the water retention rate was 77.19%,and the tofu sensory score was 79.33.The yield of Heike 88 was4633.32 kg·hm^-2,the protein content was 43.00%,the fat content was 20.23%,the soy milk yield was 83.93%,and the soy milk sensory score was 78.87.2.The Longken 356 and the Longken 330 were suitable as special varieties of tofu among the 23 normally mature varieties of Nenbei farm.The Heihe 52 and the Heihe 43 were suitable as special soybean milk varieties.The Heike 68 was suitable to be used as a special variety for bean sprouts.The yield of Longken 356 was 3775.10 kg·hm^-2,the protein content was 42.53%,the fat content was 20.30%,the tofu yield was 2.11,the tofu moisture content was 81.92%,the water retention rate was 77.11%,and the tofu sensory score was 74.33.The yield of Longken 330 was3775.10kg·hm^-2,the protein content was 42.20%,the fat content was 21.33%,the tofu yield was2.06,the tofu moisture content was 80.97%,the water retention rate was 75.57%,and the tofu sensory score was 73.60.The yield of Heihe 43 was 3764.55 kg·hm^-2,the protein content was41.63%,the fat content was 21.27%,the soybean milk yield was 81.65%and the soybean milk sensory score was 79.07.The yield of Heike 68 was 3058.17 kg·hm^-2,the protein content was41.87%,the fat content was 21.23%,the 100-seed weight was 16.85 g,the bean sprouts length was 6.25 cm and the bean sprouts yield was 2.69.3.The Longken 356 was suitable as special varieties of tofu among the 20 normally mature varieties of Jianbian Farm.The Heihe 52 was suitable as special soybean milk varieties.The yield of Longken 356 was 3390.84 kg·hm^-2,the protein content was 42.07%,the fat content was19.97%,the tofu yield was 2.10,the tofu moisture content was 80.55%,the water retention rate was 77.10%,and the tofu sensory score was 74.33.The yield of Heihe 52 was 4051.60 kg·hm^-2,the protein content was 40.43%,the fat content was 20.53%,the soybean milk yield was 83.84%and the soybean milk sensory score was 77.80.4.Based on the screening results of high-quality special soybeans in Jiusan Reclamation Area,The Longken 3002 and the Heike 88 were suitable for the development of tofu and soybean milk special soybean in the fourth accumulative temperature zone in Jiusan Reclamation Area.The Longken 356,the Heihe 43,Heike 68 were suitable for the development of special soybean cultivation for tofu,soy milk and bean sprouts in the upper limit of the fifth accumulative temperature zone in Jiusan Reclamation Area.The Longken 356 and the Heihe 52were suitable for the development of tofu and soybean milk special soybean in the lower limit of the fifth accumulative temperature zone in Jiusan Reclamation Area.
