A Systematic Study On The Distribution And Development Potential Of Animal Husbandry In Heilongjiang Province

Heilongjiang Province is a significant husbandry province in China.The province had vigorously implemented the project of "pigs,poultries,cattle and cows" in recent years.The scale of husbandry has increased.However,the development of the livestock economy continues to rise with fluctuations.The scale of husbandry and economic profits have increased simultaneously.The unbalanced development of husbandry due to different resources in cities in Heilongjiang Province.Optimizing the layout of Heilongjiang's husbandry will help to accelerate the process of Heilongjiang's transformation from "large" to "strong",promote the high-quality development of husbandry,and accelerate the formation of a new pattern of complementary advantages and coordinated development.Based on the results of domestic and foreign industrial layout and husbandry development,this paper conducts a systematic study on the layout and potential development of husbandry in Heilongjiang.It mainly includes the following parts:1.Through the analysis of the current situation of the development and distribution of husbandry in Heilongjiang Province,it can be seen that the husbandry in Heilongjiang Province has a good momentum of development.After a short period of fluctuations affected by African swine fever in 2018,it still shows a steady upward trend.The scale of husbandry in Heilongjiang Province has increased.It is mainly focusing on the production of dairy cows,cattle,pigs,and poultries.However,the dominant advantage of husbandry has not formed.The level of husbandry economic development of Suihua,Harbin,Qiqihar and Daqing are high.Qiqihar and Daqing have apparent advantages in dairy farming scale and milk production.Suihua and Qiqihar have the largest scale of beef cattle.The beef production of Harbin and Suihua is the most.The pig and poultry production of Suihua and Harbin have advantages.However,the poultry production of Harbin and Hegang have the most advantages in all Province.2.Based on the current situation of Heilongjiang Province's husbandry layout,using the spatial autocorrelation method to analyze the spatial agglomeration characteristics of Heilongjiang Province's husbandry layout.The results showed that all cities in Heilongjiang Province showed a certain agglomeration in terms of the development level of the husbandry economy,the supporting capacity of livestock and poultry production,and the production of livestock products.Suihua and Daqing have significant agglomeration characteristics in the output value of husbandry.In contrast,the output value of husbandry in Qiqihar and Daqing shows significant agglomeration characteristics as a proportion of the total output value of agriculture,forestry,husbandry and fishery.The scale of cattle,pig and poultry breeding in Suihua shows significant agglomeration characteristics.The cattle breeding scale and milk production in Qiqihar and Daqing have significant agglomeration characteristics.3.based on analysis of factors affecting the distribution of husbandry in Heilongjiang Province,use the AHP-entropy combination weighting method to comprehensively evaluate the distribution of husbandry in Heilongjiang Province.The results showed that Harbin,Qiqihar,Suihua,Daqing Jiamusi,and Mudanjiang are the dominant regions for husbandry production in Heilongjiang Province,with obvious advantages in husbandry resources.Heihe,Jixi,and Yichun are medium-sized areas of husbandry in Heilongjiang Province.There has the resource advantage of husbandry.Hegang,Shuangyashan,Qitaihe,and Greater Khingan Range Region are ordinary advantageous for husbandry in Heilongjiang Province,and husbandry resources are relatively weak.4.Using the system dynamics method to construct the system dynamics model of Heilongjiang Province's development,using computer simulation technology to carry out the policy simulation,and analyzing the potential development of Heilongjiang province husbandry.The results showed that supply of feed is the primary factor for developing husbandry in Heilongjiang Province.The demand for livestock products,prices and productions,and environmental carrying capacity are the promoting factors for husbandry in Heilongjiang Province.The above results put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the distribution and development of husbandry in Heilongjiang Province.First,according to the current situation of Heilongjiang Province's husbandry layout,the spatial agglomeration characteristics of Heilongjiang Province's husbandry layout and the comprehensive evaluation and analysis results of Heilongjiang Province's livestock production layout,and optimization proposal for Heilongjiang Province's husbandry layout put forward:Suihua,Based on the primary advantages of husbandry and resource in the region,Qiqihar and Daqing are given priority for development region,pay attention to the improvement of the quality of livestock products.Take Harbin,Jiamusi,Heihe,Jixi and Yichun as key development areas and take advantage of the region's husbandry resources and potential.The development potential of husbandry is suitable to improve the scale of husbandry.Hegang,Shuangyashan,Qitaihe and Greater Khingan Range Region will be regarded as characteristic development areas,based on the comparative resource advantages of the region,seek new breeding methods and develop characteristic husbandry.Secondly,based on the analysis results of the development potential of husbandry in Heilongjiang Province,put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of husbandry in Heilongjiang Province:(1)Improve the system of feed's supply.(2)Develop moderate scale operations.(3)Strengthen market regulation of livestock products.(4)Deepen the structural reform of the agricultural supply side.(5)Promote the utilization of waste from livestock and poultry breeding.
