In order to realize the mechanized harvesting,processing and rational utilization of industrial hemp stalks,such as harvesting and post-cutting,mechanization of bundling equipment,etc.,provide basic technical parameters and theoretical references,and promote the sustainable development of the industrial hemp industry.The mechanical properties of cold industrial hemp stalks of "Longma No.3" were tested.The main contents and test results are as follows:(1)Study on tensile characteristics of industrial hemp stalks.With water content and sampling position as experimental factors and tensile strength as experimental indexes,a binary quadratic orthogonal rotating combination test was conducted on industrial hemp stalks.The displacement-load curve in the tensile process is analyzed.Through variance analysis,the influence of each factor on the performance index is significant;According to the analysis of stem tensile test,the tensile strength of stem decreases gradually with the increase of water content,and increases gradually with the decrease of sampling site.(2)Study on the bending characteristics of industrial hemp stem.Using water content and sampling position as experimental factors,and bending strength as experimental indexes,a binary quadratic orthogonal rotation combination test was conducted on the nodes and internodes of industrial hemp stem.The displacement-load curves of joints and interjoints during bending were analyzed.Through variance analysis,the influence of each factor on the performance index is significant;According to the bending test analysis of stem,the bending strength of both nodes and internodes decreased first and then increased with the increase of water content,and decreased with the increase of sampling site gradually.(3)Study on the compression characteristics of industrial hemp stalks.With water content,sampling position,compression position(knobble and non-knobble)as the test factors,and with the maximum compression load and compressive strength as the test indexes,the industrial hemp zone group test scheme was designed.The displacement-load curve during compression is analyzed.The average values of maximum compressive load and compressive strength of stem were measured.To explore the influence trend of various factors on performance indicators;Through variance analysis,the influence of each factor on the performance index is significant.(4)Study on the shearcharacteristics of industrial hemp stalks,the water content,sampling position and shear position(with and without joints)were taken as the test factors,and the maximum shear load and shear strength were taken as the test indexes to design the experimental scheme of industrial hemp area.The displacement-load curve during compression is analyzed.The average value of maximum shear load and shear strength of stem were measured.To explore the influence trend of various factors on performance indicators;The results of variance analysis showed that water content,sampling location and shear location had extremely significant effects on the maximum shear load and shear strength of industrial hemp stalks.This study provides a theoretical reference for the research and improvement of key components of machinery for the harvesting and processing of industrial hemp in my country's cold regions.
