In order to carry out sugar beet varieties identification of high efficiency and accuracy,and effectively control the quality of them.85 registered sugar beet varieties were collected for field planting test and fingerprint construction in this study.First,in the part of phenotype identification,18 agronomic traits were selected for field test.The result of principal component analysis showed that the first five of components reached52.35%.The green degree,leaf width,petiole length,leaf base width and root length of leaves were selected as the core traits for identification.85 sugar beet varieties were successfully identified and classified according to COS2 value.Next,in the molecular marker identification section,amount to 112 alleles were amplified from 20 pairs of SSR markers.There were alleles(Na)figured ranged from 4 to 14.Effective alleles(Ne)ranged from 2.97 to 10.14.The PIC was between 0.08 and 0.76.Nei's index ranged from0.39?1.87;Shannon index variation range was 0.78-2.90,and LNX63?SB13,SSD130,TC81,TC97 and TC122 were selected as the core identification primers.Cluster analysis based on class average method(UPGMA),which was divided into group I,II and several subordinate subgroups.Results show that both methods were able to differentiate all 85 sugar beet varieties,compared two methods for determination results phenotypic traits,and molecular marker was not consistent,so comprehensive two kinds of results,to jointly build the two markers level 3 indexes of sugar beet molecular biology identification card,the identification results further clear display,formed the systematic,editable and visual reference for the sugar beet varieties of rapid identification research as well as the variety protection research to provide the reference.
