In order to find out the origin characteristics of the main tea producing areas in Guizhou,and to provide the possibility for the safety supervision of famous and high-quality tea in Guizhou and the chemical technical means of origin traceability and anti-counterfeiting,the total contents of Zn,Cu,Ti,Fe,A1,K,Ca,,Mg,Mn and P in the parent material,soil and tea of seven main tea producing areas in Guizhou were analyzed a.At the same time,the geochemical process between parent material and soil,the biogeochemical relationship between soil and tea,and the trace information of tea mineral elements fingerprints were studied,and the control effect of the origin characteristic elements on geochemistry was explored.The results show that:(1)The indicators of significant related elements between soil and tea in different depths are different.The effect of origin traceability function model is not the same for the indicators of significant related elements of soil and tea in different levels combined with stepwise linear discriminant analysis(SLDA).After slda screening,the indexes of Si,Al,Fe,Na,K,P,Ca,Mg,Cu and Zn were combined as the element index set of 0?100cm layer.The accuracy of tea origin traceability discrimination was 82.4%,69.0%after cross validation.The effect of 0?100cm layer was better than other soil layers.Based on the selected element indexes of tea and different soil depths,the discrimination effect of origin traceability model was as follows:0?100cm layer>0?20cm layer>60?80cm layer>80?100cm layer>20?40cm=40?60cm>parent material.(2)Stepwise linear discriminant analysis(SLDA)was used to screen Zn,Cu,Ti,Fe,Al,K,Ca,Mg,Mn and P in tea from different origins The accuracy of SLDA was 87.0%for different tea producing areas,and 73.1%for leave one method cross validation.The effect of SLDA was better than that of the traceability model based on significant correlation elements between tea and soil,so it was clear that Zn,Cu,Ti,Fe,Al,K,Ca,Mg,Mn,P Based on these 10 elements,a function model was established to identify the origin of tea in Guizhou Province.In addition,the influence of tea varieties on the origin traceability of tea is not obvious.(3)The indexes of Fe,Al,K,P,Ca and Mg are mainly affected by the weathering degree of soil and parent material in different producing areas,in which K,Ca and Mg are more affected by weathering;besides weathering,the indexes of Fe,Al and P are also affected by the type of parent material;Mn,Ti,Zn and Cu are mainly affected by the type of parent material To you.In the process of geochemical absorption of major elements P,Ca,Mn,K and Mg,their regional environmental information is further inherited;while in the process of geochemical utilization of semi trace and trace elements Fe,Al,Ti,Cu and Zn,their origin information is not only inherited,but also amplified due to the difference of biological absorption of semi trace and trace elements.
