Potato late blight causes great economic losses in the potato industry, and heavy metals will affect the growth and development of crops.Based on this, through the combination of field sampling and pot experiment,high-throughput sequencing technology is used to determine the microbial indicators of soil samples. The data are processed by software such as R language,Python, and Metastats, aiming to analyze the bacterial and fungal communities of late blight potato soil.Characteristics, community characteristics of soil bacteria and fungi of different varieties of potato, and the effect of Cd stress on soil bacteria and fungi of late blight.(1)Compared with healthy plants, the abundance and diversity of bacterial communities in the rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soils of late blight potato increased.Proteobacteria,Actinomycetes,Acidobacteria,Blastomonas and Chloroflexus The phyla is the dominant phyla of rhizosphere soil bacteria of diseased plants. The abundance and diversity of fungal communities in diseased rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soils increased.Ascomycota was the dominant phylum of diseased rhizosphere soil fungi;the abundance of healthy plants in rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soils was significantly reduced The phylum Chrysomyces and Mortierella significantly increased;the relative abundances of Scochotomy and Hamsteromycetes decreased, the relative abundance of Mortierella increased, and the abundance of Sporomycetes increased significantly.(2)After different potato varieties were infected with late blight, the bacterial community abundance and diversity of Qingshu 9(Q9)increased,and the abundance of bacteria in the rhizosphere soil of Weiyu 5(W5)and Weiyu 3(W3)increased.,Diversity decreased;the rhizosphere soil bacterial abundance of the three diseased plants showed W3>W5>Q9,and the bacterial diversity showed Q9>W3>W5;Proteobacteria,Actinomycetes,Acidobacteria,Buddan The phylum Cytobacter and Chloroflexum are the dominant phyla of rhizosphere soil bacteria of diseased plants.Compared with healthy plants,W5 and W3 rhizosphere soil fungi abundance and diversity index increased;Q9 rhizosphere soil fungi abundance and diversity index decreased. The dominant fungal phyla in the rhizosphere soil of diseased potato plants of the three varieties were Ascomycota and Mortierella.(3)The pot experiment showed that as the Cd concentration stress increased, the number of bacterial communities in the diseased and healthy groups increased first and then decreased. When the Cd concentration was 1.5 mg·kg-1,the abundance of bacterial species in the two groups increased and The species diversity reached the maximum, and then the bacterial species abundance and species diversity of the two groups gradually decreased. The community composition of fungi under different concentrations of Cd stress is similar at the taxonomic level of phyla, class and genus. There are unique bacterial communities in the soil of the diseased group and the healthy group. After potato is infected with late blight, the bacterial and fungal communities are similar in composition and different in abundance. The abundance and diversity of bacteria and true communities in the rhizosphere soil of diseased plants increase, and the relative abundance of some dominant bacterial communities is reduced, and the relative abundance of some is relatively abundant. The low-degree flora becomes the dominant flora through the coordination between the potato and the soil environment. The soil bacteria and fungi communities of healthy potato strains of different varieties are different, and the soil bacteria and fungi communities of diseased plants are similar.Cd stress has an impact on the bacterial and fungal communities of late blight potato soil.Pseudoarthrobacter in the two groups is a genus of Cd-tolerant bacteria.
