Sugar factory filter mud not only has high organic content, but also contains a variety of nutrients that can be absorbed by crops, but sugar factory filter mud was not fully utilized, resulting in environmental pollution and resource waste. In order to reuse the resources of sugar mill filter mud, solve its environmental problems, improve the properties of black soil in Northeast China and improve the quality of sugar beet production, further extend the industrial chain of sugar mills and achieve sustainable development of the sugar industry.Four sugar beet varieties,BTS2860,KWS9147,KWS1176 and KWS661,were selected in this study, and CK(no sugar mill filter mud was applied),T1(3750 kg/ha sugar mill filter mud was applied),and T2(7500 kg/ha sugar mill filter mud was applied)were selected.)and T3(application of 11250 kg/ha sugar mill filter mud)4 treatments, the sugar mill filter mud was applied to the sugar beet field in the sugar beet planting area.Potassium content, soil enzyme activity, and rhizosphere soil microbial composition were measured and analyzed,in order to explore the resource reuse effect of sugar waste filter mud as a modifier, and to provide a theoretical basis for the rational use of agricultural waste sugar mill filter mud.The main results are as follows:1.Applying to sugar mill filter mud was beneficial to increase the petiole length, petiole thickness, leaf length, leaf width and SPAD value of sugar beet. With the extension of the growth period of sugar beet, the petiole length, petiole thickness, leaf length, leaf width and SPAD value of each sugar beet variety(except BTS2860)all showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing, while the SPAD value of BTS2860 beet variety showed an increasing trend. The sugar beet harvest peaks.2.The root tuber yield, sugar content and sugar yield of BTS2860 sugar beet variety treated with 7500 kg/ha sugar mill filter mud were increased by 15.23%,0.90%and 16.31%,respectively,compared with the CK control, and the contents of K,Na and?-N in tuberous roots were increased by 15.23%,0.90% and 16.31% respectively.and root rot decreased by 11.96%,17.83%,15.46% and 32.07% respectively.KWS9147 and KWS1176 sugar beet varieties were treated with 11250 kg/ha sugar factory filter mud,and KWS6661 sugar beet variety was treated with 3750 kg/ha sugar factory filter mud, which was beneficial to increase the yield of root tubers and sugar production, and reduce the content of K,?-N and root roots.rot rate.It shows that the sugar mill filter mud was beneficial to increase the yield and quality of sugar beet.3.The DTOPSIS method comprehensively evaluates the response of each variety to different filter mud application. The results show that the comprehensive ranking of agronomic traits of each sugar beet variety was better than that of the CK control after application of sugar factory filter mud,but the beet varieties BTS2860,KWS9147,KWS1176,KWS6661 The optimal application rate of the treatment was different, respectively applying 7500 kg/ha sugar mill filter mud treatment, applying 11250 kg/ha sugar mill filter mud treatment, applying 11250 kg/ha sugar mill filter mud treatment, applying 3750kg/ha Sugar mill sludge treatment.4.The application of sugar mill filter mud was beneficial to increase the content of available potassium and available phosphorus in the soil, but has little effect on the content of soil alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen.During the sugar beet harvest period, the content of soil available potassium and available phosphorus showed an upward trend with the increase of filter mud application rate.Correlation analysis showed that soil available potassium and alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen were negatively correlated with beet tuber yield, sugar content and sugar yield, while soil available phosphorus was positively correlated with beet tuber yield, sugar content and sugar yield.5.The application of sugar mill filter mud has an impact on the biological activity of the sugar beet rhizosphere soil, such as increasing the activities of invertase, alkaline phosphatase and urease in the soil, and increasing the diversity of bacterial communities.significant difference.During the sugar beet harvest period, after applying 11250 kg/ha sugar mill filter mud,the activities of soil invertase, alkaline phosphatase and urease increased by 10.30%,4.78% and 24.32% compared with the CK control, and the dominant bacterial phylum was Proteobacteria(Proteobacteria).)was increased by12.74% compared with the CK control.Correlation analysis showed that soil alkaline phosphatase was negatively correlated with beet root yield, sugar content and sugar yield, while soil invertase and urease were positively correlated with beet root yield, sugar content and sugar yield.
